PROGENY UNDER KB SYSTEM S.VENKATARAMAN [email protected] The native’s father approached me for the marriage as well as progeny issue with the attached horoscope. The horoscope is annexed to this article as Annexure. The marriage has been discussed under a separate article. The marriage was celebrated on 28 th August 1998. Now Let us study the progeny. For Progeny we should see whether the sub lord of 5 th cusp promises the event. In the chart under discussion, Mercury is the sub lord of 5 th cusp and it is situated in its own star and sub of Venus. Thus Mercury thus signifies 5,8,11 and 9. General Rules for any event under KB System: 1. Find the particular cuspal sub lord for the event under question. Here the event is progeny. Hence 5 th cuspal sub lord is considered here. 2. The concerned particular cuspal sub lord through its star lord and sub lord should not be signifying 4,8,10,12 from the particular bhava i.e. 8,12, 2 and 4. These significations delay/ deny the particular event. 3. The concerned particular cuspal sub lord through its star lord and sub lord indicates 1,3,5,7,9,11 from the particular cusp i.e., 5,7,9,11,1 and 3. Such a placement will augur well for the event in question. 4. This leaves us with 2 and 10 from the bhava i.e., 6 and 10. This connection does not hinder as well promote. Such planets will be neutral to the particular bhava. Special rule for Progeny: The karaka planet for progeny is Jupiter. If Jupiter is well connected to the cusps stated in the above Rule 3, it can be surmised that the native has the progeny easily. With this background, we shall study the progeny in the chart appended.

PROGENY UNDER KB [email protected]

The natives father approached me for the marriage as well as progeny issue with the attached horoscope. The horoscope is annexed to this article as Annexure. The marriage has been discussed under a separate article. The marriage was celebrated on 28th August 1998. Now Let us study the progeny.

For Progeny we should see whether the sub lord of 5th cusp promises the event. In the chart under discussion, Mercury is the sub lord of 5th cusp and it is situated in its own star and sub of Venus. Thus Mercury thus signifies 5,8,11 and 9.

General Rules for any event under KB System: 1. Find the particular cuspal sub lord for the event under question. Here the event is progeny. Hence 5th cuspal sub lord is considered here.2. The concerned particular cuspal sub lord through its star lord and sub lord should not be signifying 4,8,10,12 from the particular bhava i.e. 8,12, 2 and 4. These significations delay/ deny the particular event.3. The concerned particular cuspal sub lord through its star lord and sub lord indicates 1,3,5,7,9,11 from the particular cusp i.e., 5,7,9,11,1 and 3. Such a placement will augur well for the event in question.4.

In the chart, Jupiter signifies 3 and 9 through itself and through star lord 2 and through sub 9.As per Rule 4 above the signification of 2 i.e.,6 will be neutral and hence Jupiter is well connected with the particular question to be answered in positive.

The fifth cuspal sub lord is Mercury denoting 5,8,11 through itself and star lord and 9 through sub lord. Though the 8th signification is there, the same is not very powerful. When the dasa bhukthi shows 7 the 8th signification will loose its power totally. As informed earlier, the marriage took place on 28th August 1998 during Jupiter-Mercury-Mercury-Saturn. When we check the Table 2, we find Jupiter anthra (karaka as well as show promoting houses) as fuitful period for Garbhadhan. We are here looking in to the Garbhadhan as the native is a male. The functions of male finishes with Garbhadhan and the work of female starts in growing the foetus to a baby at the end of 10 monthly cycle of moon. Jupiter anthra starts from 11th Dec 1999 to 31st March 2000. During this period the Garbhadhan should be completed. The earliest possibility of delivery could be in mid September 2000 to December 2000. The anthra during the period from September 2000 to December 2000 will be Venus, Sun, Moon, and Mars. From a perusal of table 2, Sun, Moon and Mars cannot provide child birth. Hence the child birth should be during the period of Venus anthrax. The bhukthi also changes to Ketu from Mercury. Venus anthra starts from 28th August 2000 to 24th October 2000. Jupiter sookshma starts from 26th September 2000 to 6th October 2000. Jupiter in transit moves to Rahu sub on 30th Sept 2000. The putrakaraka Jupiter is favourably moving in the supporting cusps.

Actual Result: The child born on 30th September 2000
