PROFILE OF THE COMPANY
-
KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ RIA, akciová společnost (joint stock
company), draws on the tradition of the company that was
founded in 1889 as a manufacturer of coaches, steam
boilers, air compressors and storage tanks. In 1891,
its manufacturing programme was expanded to include
equipment for chemical industries.
In 1955, the manufacturing programme was further
expanded to include the design, production and delivery
of water management technologies. In 1965, the company
started to manufacture technology for nuclear engineering.
The company also provided other key services, including
design and supply. A separate organisational unit was
founded in 1991 within the framework of the company’s
non-manufacturing activities, under the name Realizace
investičních akcí (Realisation of investment projects,
abbreviated as RIA). Based on this organisational unit,
a brand new company was founded in 1996 under
the business name KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ RIA, a. s.
The activities of KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ RIA, as a design
and supply company, are focused on the realisation
of sophisticated deliveries and the provision
of comprehensive services to companies, especially
in the sector of power engineering, chemical and
petrochemical industries and water management.
In addition to preparation and completion of deliveries
and assembly works, the company provides other key
professional engineering services. They include, without
limitation, the preparation of:
• implementation project documentation,• manufacturing documentation,• assembly documentation,• documentation for function testing and commissioning,• documentation proving the sturdiness and tightness
of machinery and equipment in relation to their
operating life,
• quality documentation.
The company’s long and rich history is also reflected in its
current condition supported by references from domestic
clients and, increasingly, also foreign clients.

A1 in Jaslovské Bohunice, Slovakia, our activities as a
contractor/supplier continued with nuclear power plants
V1, V2 type WER 440 at the same site (2 × 2 blocks),
followed by the construction of the Dukovany NPP
(4 blocks) and Mochovce NPP, Slovakia (4 blocks).
In 2003, the final stage of the construction of two blocks,
type WER 1000, in Temelín. Majority portion of our
deliveries is represented by technological systems for the
main block of the NPP (reactor hall) as well as technologies
for the so-called active ancillary operations building.
Since 2009, our company has been involved in the
completion of the third and fourth block of the Mochovce
Nuclear Power Plant.

Diamo s. p., Stráž pod Ralskem, Czech Republic
-
Business activities in the sector of environmental protection
are focused on the construction of WWTPs and water
treatment stations, both municipal and industrial.
WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS
We deliver municipal waste water treatment plants via
complete “turnkey” deliveries or deliveries of operational
units for WWTP over 500 PE. Industrial waste water
treatment plants utilise the technologies of physical,
chemical or biological treatment, based on the nature
of water produced.
WATER TREATMENT STATIONS
Assemblies of technological apparatuses and tanks for
water treatment stations and parts thereof are delivered
for the purposes of treatment of drinking water, treatment
of supply water for industrial facilities and special-purpose
treatments. Deliveries of water treatment stations can
be expanded to include free-standing steel water towers.
Treatment stations of ground and surface water are
delivered upon the basis of local conditions, the required
degree of treatment and the purpose of use.
