Preparation and Releasing of M.P.R. for Project & Production Materials after Verification of Physical Stocks.

Preparation of Request for Question (RFQ) Sheet and Searching Vendor as Per Material Requirements. Preparation of Technical Details & Commercial Compactions Sheet and Send for Approval. Releasing Purchase Order on Lowest-1 (L-1) Basis an1d Material Follow to Vendor for Sending.

Creation of work order for out sourcing work (i.e. fabrication, hiring of manpower & cranes, machining, blasting & painting and Lab testing of material.)

Receiving & Unloading Material, Creating Gate Entry, Physical Verification of Material and GRN Preparation & Material Issue to Production Department.

Conduct Joint Inspection of Incoming Material Along With Quality Control Department to Ensure Receipt of Material According to Purchase.

Take Stock of Inventory Consumption and Non Moving Items on a Daily Basis and Report to the Management on a Monthly Basis.

Maintenance of Records Pertaining to Inflow and Outflow of Material in Organization, Preparation of RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) and NRGP (Non-Returnable Gate Pass) for Materials.

Set up Layout and Space Management of Store area to Ensure Optimum Utilization of Space and Easy Access to Material.

New Vendor Searching & Developing in Company and Material Purchase good Quality and Lost Cost. Company Cost Saving.

Devise Strategy and Drive Implementation in Connection With Purchase Team to Minimize Inventory,Provide Inputs on Existing Stock to Purchase Team to Ensure Required Procurement.

Develop Team Members by Setting Targets/ Responsibilities Monitoring Performance and Providing Feedback on a Regular Basis, and Utilize of Manpower and Resources.

MIS Reports Preparation. SAP Training Provided in Relation MM Module to Employees.
