There were some 700+ employees, with anticipation’s for some 1,000+ in the near future.

All forms of construction from Commercial Structures to building roadways, Engineering and Architectural planning, Concrete Plant, Woodworking and Metal Working and Welding Shops, Sewer and water Utilities and Waste Disposal, a full variety of stores, Shopping Center, Gas Station, operation of several Restaurants, operation of several Golf Courses, a Fleet of 150 Vehicles of all types, etc., along with two large Factories and all of the full scale Industrial Manufacturing machinery and heavy equipment involved in constructing homes, from the ground up, as well as over-the-road delivery and set-up operations involved, as well as

COURT ROOM FEE: Minimum 8 Hours Charge, at $180.oo /Hour ($1,400.oo Daily)

DEPOSITION FEES: $250.oo Per Hour, or additional fraction thereof, - - - with Initial 3 Hours Minimum ($750.oo) - To be paid in Advance – for Depositions In Ocala; - - - or Full 8 Hours Minimum ($2,000.oo) - To be paid in Advance - for Depositions Outside of Ocala. PLUS EXPENSES: Various Expenses and Costs Involving such as: Travel by Car @ $.50 Per Mile, Public Carrier Tickets, Road Tolls, Car Rentals, Taxi, Photographic Costs, Lodging, Food, Telephoning, Computer & Research Data Bank Access Fees, etc. - as may be needed, or Projected, Expense Costs may be requested in Advance.

Fees/Expenses Payable when Billed, Not Contingent upon Progress or Outcome of Case. Fee Arrangement /Agreement, is herewith to have Signed copy returned with Retainer, &/or return Signed copy along with Initial Payment In Advance for Depositions.
