How Can The MediaCen-

The MediaCentric Help Desk MediaCentric offers remote diagnostics and device access

for customer support, as well as Field Technical escalations.

MediaCentric’s technical operators, specialists and techni-

cians are highly trained and skilled to handle all levels of

support.

Tier 1 Support: Basic level support. Technical Operator

gathers the customer information, analyzes symptoms,

and determines the issue at hand. The issue is either re-

solved at this level or transferred to Tier 2.

Tier 2 Support: Administrative level support. Admin as-

sists Tier 1 with basic technical problems and reviews the

work order to evaluate the status and duration of the is-

sue. Specific information regarding the equipment and/

or the application is gathered. Requirements may include

diagnostic testing, physical testing or replacing of hard-

ware before transferring to Tier 3.

Tier 3 Support: Highest level support. Specialist pro-

vides assistance to Tier 1 and 2 with the issues document-

ed as highly difficult or advanced. Previous tier work or-

ders and resolution time frames are reviewed. New cus-

tomer information and issues are documented and evalu-

ated. If needed high level problems are sent to the origi-

nal developers for in-depth analysis at critical stages to

A quote starts with the customer re-quest and supporting documentation. It is entered into salesforce and listed under a “quotes due checklist” One of several Lead Engineers assign them-selves to the quote and create the line items. When finished we send it to the customer via salesforce. All data and financials are tracked in salesforce. When the PO is issued the quote is closed and becomes a pro-ject. Timesheets and expenses are tracked by accounting and updated in salesforce. Salesforce is also sync’d with Quickbooks and estimates and invoices are automatically created, sent and tracked for payment.

David Lopez, has over 29 years of experience in professional technical services originating in IT, serving in

various roles, and at all levels. From 1986-1995, David was in UNIX network administration for the stock

market industry working for Quotron/Reuters. From 1995-2000 David was Lead Engineer and Director for

the Visual Networks division of a national Audio Visual and Videoconferencing Integration company. Then,

in May 2000 David started MediaCentric. He has since developed it into a major West Coast outsourcing

company specializing in Audiovisual Integration and Videoconferencing services with now over 30 employ-

ees based in Southern California, Northern California and Arizona. David is still a senior network and sys-

tems design and commissioning engineer in AV and VTC.

Nick Hembree, CTS – Technical Operations

Manager As MediaCentric’s Technical Operations Manager. Nick leads the

management and coordination of day to day projects, special tech-

nical teams, as well as management of large projects. Experienced in

various legacy lines of VTC systems, control systems, displays, audio

systems and terminations. Nick is a CTS and also Biamp and Crestron

With over 20 years of industry experience, multiple certifications and a

degree in Management Information Systems, Greg helps lead the com-

pany as MediaCentric’s Director of Network Infrastructure. His strong

background, knowledge and experience effectively help lead MediaCen-

projects to date and is Crestron Programmer I certified, and is in the process of

Michael Suwa is a college graduate from UC Santa Cruz in Business Manage-

ment Economics. After graduation Michael came to MediaCentric and has

blossomed into a lead AV installer within two years. Additionally, he is ex-

perienced in various lines of VTC Systems, video, audio, and control sys-

tems. Michael is Polycom Soundstructure and Crestron certified.

Samuel Pinto—AV Field Lead Technician

Annette Simpson is MediaCentric's Business Administration Manager. She is re-

sponsible for all Accounting, Human Resources, and Business/Office Administra-

tion. Annette has over 30 years of experience in Business Administration, Ac-

counting, Office Management, Insurance and Sales. Annette is a key element to

MediaCentric's back office success.

Sam has over 20 years experience in technical installations, fabrica-

tion and mechanics. He has specialized in audio-visual integration

for over 10 years. Sam has been a lead for MediaCentric for two

Noel Bustos has been with MediaCentric for over a year and has provided

nician. He is responsible for internal sales processes in salesforce, project

tracking, and monitoring,. Aaron is also responsible for equipment ware-

Noah serves as MediaCentric’s Lead Dispatcher and also assists in Business
