Modular product range has been specifically created

to meet a very wide range of static crushing and

screening applications.

All modules are pre-engineered, pre-built, pre-wired

and pre-tested to operate on a small footprint with

low civil engineering and operating costs to meet

interchangeably with fast, easy on-site assembly and

minimal wiring. Plus, the modules and components can

be easily transported in standard 40’ (12.2m) shipping

containers or by road, enabling our customers to

quickly mobilize on site to a different location.

Cedarapids ® Product Overview

Designed around our proven, high-performance

TC1000 & TC1300 cones, our new MC1150 offers

a nominal cone head diameter of 45”(1150mm).

It features a one-piece upper frame for all liner

configurations, a no-hit concave and new mantle

liner retention systems. Other enhancements include

greater tramp clearance and increased clamp hold

down pressure. Options include an anti-spin device

and an upgraded platform offering wider walkways

plus easier maintenance access.

The MC1000 Modular Cone Crusher handles an

all-in feed for continuous crushing. Its 40” (1000mm)

cone has a full range of configurations for short and

long throw. The all-roller bearing design delivers

enhanced crushing efficiency.

Our MC1300 Cone Module has a 51” (1300mm) cone

with full short and long throw configurations, and all-

roller bearing design.

The MC380X cone module further extends the

capabilities of the range. With the new Terex®

Cedarapids MVP380X cone crusher, the MC380X

boasts numerous features that increase productivity

and ease of use. Major new enhancements include

high-speed clearing of jammed material; quick crusher

separation capability for faster manganese changes;

and user-friendly computer controls enclosed in a

weather-protected control panel.

Our largest cone crusher module to date, the MC450X

– featuring the new Terex® Cedarapids MVP450X

cone crusher – delivers increased tonnage, application

capabilities and

crushing efficiency.

Cone Modules

The Terex® MJ42 Modular Jaw Crusher features the

rugged JW42 jaw for high production. Its hydraulically

actuated wedge system allows

closed-side settings to be made quickly and easily.

The Terex® MJ47 Modular Jaw Crusher is designed for

large quarries or contractors that want a stationary

type design without the complexity

of a normal stick-built plant.

The MJ400R brings customers a proven,

cost-effective and durable machine in a modular

all-electric format with ‘no crawl’ maintenance access

to the chamber.

It features the Terex® TJ2844R single toggle jaw

crusher with hydraulic overload protection as

standard. It has a fully galvanized steel structure

including walkways, steps, guardrails and product

conveyor and is CE compliant.

This product is ideal for C&D recycling applications,

as well as quarries and mines, and integrates well with

established systems or working independently.

The MV2000 Modular VSI features a high

performance Terex® Canica VSI2000SD single

drive vertical shaft impactor, powered by a 300

hp (224 kW) electric motor with soft start. This

robust VSI is a vital tool for producing highly

cubical products in small sizes and eliminating

soft material.

Horizontal Screens feature the extremely

efficient Cedarapids TSV screen, with its El-Jay®

oval stroke action.

Horizontal Screen Modules

The Terex® Incline Screen Module range is

designed for maximum production efficiency

in applications including sand and gravel,

coal, crushed stone, slag, recycled materials,

concrete, iron ore and silica glass. The static

structure carrying the screen unit is robust,

easy to assemble and includes integrated

material discharge chutes, walkways and

access steps for access to view production

These rugged horizontal shaft impactor (HSI) crushers are matched

with our high-stroke feeders to create portable crushing plants

that are tough to beat in terms of productivity and efficiency –

and designed to deliver years of tough primary crushing.

Hard Working & Fuel Efficient.

Cedarapids® CRC and C Series cone plants are built for portability – and

are ideal for applications involving hard, abrasive materials.

Most commonly set up in secondary, tertiary and quaternary crushing

positions, they’re available with numerous options and can be integrated

with almost any portable crushing system.

Furthermore, since they are all-electric, our CRC and C Series plants are

easy to tie into new or existing systems, making them highly fuel efficient.
