solderedtothefollowingspecification:Therecommendedtemperatureofthesolderingrodtipislessthanorequalto350°C.Thesolderingdurationshouldbeshorterthanthree(3)seconds.Minimizethetimethatthesolderingironisindirectcontactwiththeterminalsofthedeviceasexcessiveheatingoftheleadsmayleadtosealcompromise.RecommendedsolderComposition-Sn96.5%Ag3.0%Cu0.5%alloy(KesterSN96227558).Ifnotusingfluxcorewire,useahalidefree,activatedrosinbasedfluxifrequired.Maximumcontacttimewithcomponentleadsis10seconds.
