Who we are and where we come from! Bravofoods are a wholesaler of quality beef, lamb, pork, veal, chicken, smallgoods and seafood products to the foodservice industry. A family owned and operated company, they also produce a range of value added products and their commercial kitchen is capable of providing new menu ideas and solutions for all sectors of the industry including the hospital and nursing home sectors. Bravofoods was born out of HANDINA MEATS 1985 – 2000, founded by George Giannakos and in their time they were amongst the largest meat wholesalers in NSW. George manages production within the factory and has decades of experience in the meat industry, both domestically and internationally with export trade. His wife Margaret provides full administration services for the business and son Jason, with a background in business management, is the driving force in sales and marketing. We now welcome John Heslam in his new role; Business Development Manager within Bravofoods. John has over 20 years experience in customer service and sales roles and has been working at Bravofoods in various departments over the last year. John is extremely approachable and has a great understanding of our clients, their needs and quality control. John is covering Sydney Metropolitan and surrounding areas. Bravofoods operate from HACCP accredited premises and deliver 5 days a week, plus top ups on Saturday mornings.
