Designed for joining in columns of drilling pipes, that are used for exploration
core drilling З-42, З-50, З-63,5 according to ТУ У 27.2-32698053-001-2004 (based
on State Standard 7918-75).
There are two product versions:
Right - with right-hand tool-joint thread and with right-hand
pipe thread for connection with drill pipes.
Left - with left-hand tool-joint thread and with left-hand pipe
thread for connection with drill pipes.
Pipe thread complies with State
Standard 7909-75.
Tool-joint З-42 - designed for joining Ø 42 mm pipes in
columns ТУ 14-3-1919-93 (State Standard 7909-56) used for
exploration core drilling.

Industrial purpose tool-joints for connection of upset drilling pipes: ЗН-95,
ЗН-108, ЗШ-108, ЗУ-108 according to ТУ У 27.2-32698053-012:2007 (based on
State Standard 5286-75).
There are two product versions:
Right - with right-hand tool-joint thread and with right-hand
pipe thread for connection with drill pipes.
Left - with left-hand tool-joint
thread and with left-hand pipe
thread for connection with drill
pipes.

Exploration drilling pipes with internally upset ends.
ТУ 14-3-1919-93 (State Standard 7909-56) ready-fitted with tool-joints. ТУ У 27.2-
32698053-016:2008 (based on State Standard 7918-75). Steel of strength grades "D",
"K", "E".

Drill pipes ready-fitted with tool-joints are manufactured according
to the ТУ У 27.2-30394800-002-2003.

Tool-joint are fixed on pipes by hot assembly technics. Hot
assembly is being made with exact matching of pipe and tool-joint
by taper degree and actual tightness of thread.

Heavy weight drill pipes (HDP)
Are used to ensure required load on rock cutting tool, and to
increase rigidity of the bottom end of drilling column.
The usage of HDP improves working conditions of drilling
pipes, reduces possibility of pipe break, besides that, heavy
weight drilling pipes prevent from hole direction deviation.

HDPs are supplied in set, each containing one above-bit pipe and several connecting
pipes, exact composition of the set should be specified in the production order.
Connecting pipes are equipped with inner tool-joint thread on one side, and with external
tool-joint thread on the other.
Above-bit pipes are internally tool-joint threaded at both ends. Tool-joint thread complies
with the State Standard 5286-75. HDPs are made of steel of strength classes "D" and "K".

The pipes of square section are supplied complete sets, consisting of a few intermediate
pipes (HDPS), having an internal screw-thread on one end, and on other end male thread,
lower and overhead bottom sub. On call of customer, supplying with the only one pipes of
UBTK is assumed, and also only one lower or overhead bottom sub.

One piece and composite kellies (OK and CK)
The kellies are used to conduct a
rotation movement from borer rotor to
drilling column. We are producing the
kellies with pin-and-box ends and
corresponding subs. The bars can be used
together with top and bottom subs. TS -
top sub connects the kelly with swivel neck,
BS - bottom sub connects the Kelly and
drilling column.

water-cooling structural metal (skid rails), similarly intended for the
constructions of details of machines, pipelines and other technical aims,
including repair and exploitation needs.
Lengths, section, brand of steel and other technical parameters, can
be concerted additionally. Our plant
produces following dimension-type of skid pipe:

Pipes borings steel universal with welded tool joint used:
- for the boring drilling of mining holes at searches and secret service on hard
minerals and water;
- at engineering-geological researches;
- in building, posting mounted and by a noncoring method, hardmetal and diamond
crowns and chisels of all of kinds, including by application of bottomhole hydro- and
pneumatic percussion tool;
- during of drilling-and-blasting operations;
- at a search and secret service of oil and gas for conducting of geophysical
researches;
- at underground development of layers of mountain breeds for the rotatory boring

Trihedral lead drilling pipes
Trihedral lead drilling pipe (ВБТС-68) is intended for the transmission of twisting
moment from the spinle drill machine-tools of type of ЗИФ-1200МР, ЗИФ-1200МРК
and СКБ-7 to the drill pipes at the drilling of searching, quarry and reconnaissance
mining holes on hard, liquid and gaseous minerals.
Trihedral lead drilling pipe (ВБТС-68) of collapsible construction with length of
working part 6 m consists of round barbell, overhead reducer with left threads for
connection with drive-head carriage and lower reducer with right threads for
connection with the tool-joint of drilling pipe.
The use of trihedral lead drilling pipe as compared to round pipes abbreviates time
of clean well-drilling due to the exception of periodic stops of the drilling at the
intercept of hydropatrone spindle and wedging of stippler in a barrel pipe.
Reducers are made on machine-tools with numerical control from steel of brand
40ХН or 45ХГМА with heat treatment and phosphating of threads and outward
surface.

Used at the percussion-rotary method of the
boring drilling of explosive mining holes of use
dipping pneumatic percussion tool.
SBU-100 are used at the boring drilling of
mining holes on the opened developments, can
be used in underground terms, allow to bore
mining holes a diameter 105 mm, in to 35 m.
NKR-100 depth is used for the boring drilling
of mining holes on underground mountain
developments, allow to bore mining holes a
diameter 85-105 mm, in to 80 m depth in any
direction.
Fortress of drill breeds 6 - 20 on the scale of
prof. Protod'yakonova.. The percussion - rotary
method of the boring drilling of mining holes in
strong mountain breeds is most effective,
because these breeds are fragile and easily
collapse at the dynamic loadings. Besides it,
barbells can be used for the boring drilling of
decontamination and drainage mining holes,
and similarly other works.
Material of barbells: a shell is a - steel 45;
muff, union of - steel 40H.
A muff and union is welded on to the shell on

technology of welding a friction.

Technological column И-КТ-45
Technological column И-КТ-45 was designed for gravel transportation through boring
casing and hydrolisation of annular space.
The column consists of:
- Sections 100 pieces. Single section consists of socket, nipple and muff. Section outer
diameter - 45 mm. Nipples and muffs have rust flies for mechanical screwing and
unscrewing of sections with pipe turning machine of type РТ-1200.
- Swivel wrench - 2 pieces. keeps the column hanging over working floor of pipe
turning machine РТ-1200 and preventing muff from rotation caused by rotational
movement of pipe turning machine.
- Leading wrench - 2 pieces. Designed to transmit rotational moment of pipe turning
machine driver to section nipple.
- Caps - 60 pieces. Caps consist of a case, rod, ring gasket and insert. Such caps are
being used to perform trips with semiautomatic elevator МЗ-50-80.
- Cap wrench - 2 pieces.
All of column elements comply with ТУ 27.2-32698053-014-2007.
Light-weight drill column И-КБН-68х7
Technological column И-КТ-45 has been designed for boring of technological
boreholes down to 1000 m deep, used in mining of solid raw materials by leaching
technology.
The column consist of:
- Sections. A section consists of a socket and a muff, section outer diameter - 68 mm.
All sections are connected by means of triangular thread 3-63,5.
- Swivel wrench - 2 pieces. keeps the column hanging over working floor of pipe
turning machine РТ-1200 and preventing muff from rotation caused by rotational
movement of pipe turning machine.
- Leading wrench - 2 pieces. Designed to transmit rotational moment of pipe turning
machine driver to section nipple.
- Caps - 60 pieces. Caps consist of a case, rod, ring gasket and insert. Such caps are
being used to perform trips with semiautomatic elevator ЭН2-20.

Water lifting column

Developed for pumping salt water out of 606 mm wide
dewatering well with electrical centrifugal pump. The column is resistant to
hydrosulphuric environment, and its working temperature range starts by -50оС.
The column includes:
- сsections, integrated design constructions consisting of sockets with screwed on them
tool-joints, serving for connection single sections into column (nipples and muffs).
Section diameter 273 mm, tool-joint diameter 351 mm, inner diameter 240 mm,
section length 10 m, tool-joint thread type - Сп-310;
- bottom split-type adapter connector, which consists of bottom flange with screwed on
it tool-joint muff, destined for connection of a pump and a column;
- top split-type adapter connector, which consists of top flange with screwed on it tool-
joint nipple, destined for connection of a control head and a column;
- semiflanges, preserve joints from vibration induced unscrewing and protect power
cable.
All of column elements comply with ТУ У 27.2-32698053-007-2006.
