ISOPIPE Production Procedure
1. Raw materials
Raw materials selection from qualified global leadership suppliers such as Bayer, Zeon, AlbeMarie, Chemtura, Flexsys, Cabot
2. Automated bulk handling systemWeighing materials, collecting station & final verification of weighted additives.
The weighing of row materials & additives process under an electronically controlled bulk handling system.
3. Production of synthetic rubber compounds
- Mixing of synthetic rubber with the weighted additives.- Homogenization of rubber compounds after mixing.- Cooling of the homogenized synthetic rubber compound.- Cutting of cooled rubber compound & preparation for the next processing phase.- Sheets for storing, maturing or stripes for extruder feeding.

4. Quality control of synthetic rubber compoundsChecking compounds in special control equipment for quality charasteristics (Viscometer and Rheometer)

Packing & Storage- Packaging: Every product has its own package and label with the description of the product and trace number. - Labeling System: The labeling system is based on different label colours. This means, that the products of ISOPIPE TC – NBR have blue color, Coverings have red, green and purple label and ISOPIPE HT – EPDM has white label. - Warehouse: Our storages are based on a computerized warehousing system. Therefore, every single product is stored in it’s appropriate position.

ISOPIPE TC is certified for Anti-Microbial and Fungal Protection according ASTM E2180 and ASTM G21.
Furthermore, our insulation does not contain or release VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) which are harmful substances for the environment.

At a construction site or installation area, technicians often need to work and install insulation in the ceiling void, where it is difficult to work.
ISOROLLS are manufactured to withstand the stress during any installation and operation, and at the same time, offer enough elasticity to allow the material to be formed by the technician into the desired shape of the insulated object.
ISOROLLS are available with or without self-adhesive.
Easy to be shaped and formed around large objects. Excellent flexibility. No need of gluing, when you use ISOROLLS with
self-adhesive. Strong adhesive strength and easy to peel off
silicon paper.

ISOSOUND is a new sound absorption and sound insulation product of high performance, specially designed for specific applications, from open - cell flexible elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber.
It offers very high acoustic energy absorption (absorption coefficient up to 0.98) and guarantees a quieter environment.
ISOSOUND has equally very good sound insulation properties with weighted sound reduction index Rw(C;Ctr) of 40(-2;-7) dB at 150 kgr/m3 density and Rw(C;Ctr) of 43(-1;-5) dB at 250 kgr/m3 density, measured in sound insulation partitions.

The closed cell elastomeric rubber granules result in an easy-to-use product, ideal for the insulation of wooden floors. By filling the gaps between the concrete and the floor we achieve an excellent acoustic and thermal insulation.
ISOCHIP gives you a combination of sound proofing, thermal and energy saving benefits but at the same time its specific composition repels moths, termites and other types of insect attacks that ruin most of the traditional insulation products.
ISOCHIP improves the acoustic capacity of the floor in impact sound achieving sound pressure level 65 dB (L’nw = 65 Db according to ISO 140.5 & ISO 717.2), at the levels of “normal acoustic comfort ‘’ for specific building areas (according to the requirements of the building code).
