What are learning styles?

According to the VARK website, technically, the term learning style “refers to all the components that might affect a person's ability to learn.”

Discover your VARK preferences

VARK is an acronym that stands for Visual, Aural, Read/write and Kinesthetic.

The VARK questionnaire will help you to discover your sensory learning preferences.

It is up to you to make use of good learning strategies to improve your own learning.
