G&C independently negotiates pricing with manufactures

and/or vendors

Client accepts G&C’s quote and

issues a Purchase Order (PO) to G&C

for the goods

G&C at the project site. 1) Accepts and Inspects

Materials 2) Approves Delivery Tickets and signs Bill of Lading

Vendor invoices G&C

G&C then invoices Client

Client then pays G&C for goods

delivered. G&C then pays

the manufacturer/vendor

G&C issues a PO to the manufacturer/

vendor and assumes financial & casualty
