THE EXPERIENCEThe Hockey Hall of Fame always looks forward to celebrating special occasions with you and your loved ones. With health and safety at top of mind, Private Dining at the Hockey Hall of Fame offers a once in a lifetime VIP experience for you and your social circle.

Your maximum party of ten (10) will enjoy an exquisite two course meal in our historic Esso Great Hall, home of the Stanley Cup. You are to select one of our three official caterers for your dinner based on their fixed menus shown on pages 8, 9, and 10. Our caterers are Daniel et Daniel, Eatertainment, and Marigolds and Onions. Guest meal selections are to be pre-selected in advance of your event. These menus can be customized at an additional fee.

For your special evening, each adult will receive two complimentary alcoholic drink vouchers and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks will be available for all guests. Additional alcoholic beverages are available to purchase for $8.00 each. The bar will consist of beer, wine, soft drinks, and bottled water.

THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Exclusive VIP access to the Hockey Hall of Fame including all exhibits, interactive games, and the Stanley Cup!

Two (2) course plated dinner in the historic Esso Great Hall.

Two (2) complimentary drink vouchers.

One (1) complimentary group photo with the Stanley Cup.

One (1) special gift for each of your guests.

**Capture your evening with a professional photographer for $350 plus HST.

EVENT ITINERARY: 6:30 pm Guests arrive and enter the Hockey Hall of Fame from the Esso Great Hall located at the northwest corner of Yonge and Front Streets. The bar opens for the group. Once everyone arrives, we will take your group photo with the Stanley Cup.

7:00 pm Guests are seated for dinner service.

8:00 pm Dinner ends. Guests will have private access to the rest of the museum including interactive games.

9:30 pm Event ends and all guests depart from the Esso Great Hall exit.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

1. All staff are required to wear a face mask while in the facility;

2. All staff are required to have their temperatures taken (fever is 100.4F/38 C) prior to every shift, as well as having the responsibility to take their own temperature at home on the morning of every shift. Staff employee will be sent home should they post a temperature or show COVID-19 symptoms prior to or during a shift;

3. All staff are required to wash their hands (20 seconds with soap, including sink handle) prior and after every shift and/or break;

4. All staff are required to follow physical distancing guidelines carefully, maintaining 2 metres (6 feet) of space from one another;

5. Any staff member who does not follow the above protocols will be dismissed from their shift;

6. All staff employees are required to email their Manager and/or Associate Manager prior to their next scheduled shift if they or any member of their household is unwell with COVID-like symptoms.

7. The kitchen will be off-limits to non-kitchen workers.

8. Staff will increase sanitization and cleaning measures before, during, and after each event.

The health and safety of you and your loved ones is our top priority. We have implemented additional health measures to make sure you have a safe experience at the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Please contact your event representative if you have any questions or concerns regarding our health and safety guidelines.

1. We are currently accepting only one (1) booking per evening. This booking is for a maximum of ten (10) guests all within each other’s social circle;

2. The person planning the event will need to sign off that all guests are within each other’s social circle;

3. Event guests will undergo a screening questionnaire upon entering the venue including a temperature check;

4. All event guests are required to wear masks (PPE). Disposable non-medical/civilian masks will be provided to each guest arriving without an appropriate PPE (not suitable for the dynamics of our attraction or possessing offensive graphics or text). Note - face coverings should not be placed on children younger than 2 years of age;

5. All event guests are required to disinfect their hands via hand sanitize stations at the entrance prior to their entry into the facility;

6. All event guests who engage in any NHLPA interactive games – Shut Out & Shoot Out - are required to use disposable nitrile gloves. Disposable gloves will be provided to all guests prior to their entry into the NHLPA interactive rink area + all guests are required to disinfect their hands prior to receiving the gloves;

7. All event guests are required to use stylus pens when using any of the facility’s touchscreen monitors. Stylus pens will be provided to guests at entry;

8. Any event guest who refuses or repeatedly fails to follow the above protocols or who displays COVID-19 symptoms (and will subsequently be advised to seek medical care) will be removed from the premises;

9. Each event guest will be requested to provide your event representative a list of all guests and their contact numbers prior to the event (in order to contact individuals should a patron be later diagnosed with the virus);

10. All event guests will need to pay by credit or debit cards if additional drinks are purchased the evening of the event.

11. Event guests should not visit if they or any member of their party or family is feeling unwell, but rather plan to come when everyone is well; and

12. Event guests should not visit if they have travelled outside of Canada in the previous two weeks.
