The relaxed atmosphere at “To Health!” with padded foam floor, warm colors and comfort-ing music, sets the tone for a meditative full body workout. Enjoy a Pilates studio that is clean, spacious and inviting. Peggy’s instruction perfects your understanding and tech-nique of muscle isolation and relaxation. Participants are amazed at their increase in strength and flexibility.

Understanding horses and devel-oping a partnership with a horse, challenges one’s deepest self. Through natural horsemanship training, you become aware of your strengths, work to eliminate your weaknesses, and control your fears. Peggy teaches you how to achieve the above and how to develop your leadership skills in order to communicate with your horse in a clear, creative and inspirational style. Her energy and love of horses helps her students get AWESOME RESULTS!

Head-Over-Heels instruction focuses on developing the entire well-being of each child. By placing each child in their appropriate learning environment, whether private or small group, comfort is assured and confi-dence, trust and strength will follow.

Owner/Instructor, Peggy Jern, is expanding her program for special needs children unique to each child. Insight gained during her 25 years plus of gymnastics experience has led to her awareness of the benefits of movement skills/gymnastics to children with sensory and nuero challenges.

Peggy’s personality, patience, enthusiasm, and creativity allows a relationship with the child that results in measurable learn-ing. Parents are pleased with the results.
