STEP ONE:

• From the listing of games, click on the game you wish to print.

• If needed, you can toggle the month

being shown by using the buttons toward the bottom of the page.

STEP TWO:

• Next, highlight the “Print-at-Home” button.

• Once highlighted, your seats below will activate allowing you to specify which seats you’d like to print.

• Next, click “Print” located in the top right hand corner. You’ll notice this button will now list the number of seats you’ve requested to print.

STEP THREE:

• Review the seats you have selected to print.

• Do you want to generate new barcodes for your tickets?

Generating new barcodes will override any previous copies of your tickets and is the safest method for reprinting tickets.

• To override any previous copies of your tickets,

click the check box next to “Reprinting Tickets?”

STEP FOUR:

• Review the summary of the seats you

have selected. • Next, review the terms of use and then

select the box to agree to the terms. • When finished, click “Submit”.

Did noth ing appear? Check your pop-up blocker settings to ensure that the download window isn’t being blocked from opening. If the window has been blocked, a task bar such as the one shown right will appear towards the top of your screen.

To overr ide the pop-up blocker, click either “Temporarily Allow Pop-ups” or “Always Allow Pop-ups”.

 

STEP FIVE:

• Review the summary of the seats you are printing.

• If satisfied, click “Print” to continue.

Do  you  want  to  run  or  save  “130404-­‐17985.pdf”  ?  

STEP SIX:

• After clicking the print button, one of the

following will appear depending on your computer settings:

o download window o notification bar

• Click one of the options below to continue:

o “Open/Run” – This will open a PDF

file of your tickets allowing you to print them instantly.

o “Save” – This will open a second window allowing you to save your tickets to your computer so you can print them later.

STEP SEVEN (Open/Run):

• If you clicked “Open/Run”, a PDF file of

your tickets will appear. • Click the “print” button located in the

top left of the window to successfully print your seats.

STEP SEVEN (Save):

• If you clicked “Save”, a second window will appear allowing you to save your tickets.

• Make sure to save your tickets to a place you can easily find on your computer (such as your Desktop).

• Once saved, your tickets can be opened

whenever you’re ready to print them. • Enjoy the game!
