TESTING LABORATORY
This lab is accredited by Federal Agency on
Technical Regulating and Metrology. It conducts
certification, periodic, type, qualification and
research testing of the produced equipment,
including:
• EMI tests,
• Environmental tests,
• Safety tests.
All testing procedures comply with national
and international standards.
This laboratory includes the most up-to-
date equipment of both Russian and foreign
manufacturers.
The laboratory includes:
• EMI testing facility (where 18 types of tests
are performed);
• Environmental testing facility (tests are
carried out in wide temperature range:
-70…+180ºC; at humidity level of 98% for
positive temperatures; in 14 m2 volume).
CALIBRATION LABORATORY
This lab is accredited by Federal Service
of Accreditation. Calibration laboratory has all
the necessary reference equipment to perform
calibration testing. All tests performed comply
with normative documents that define methods
and requirements for calibration testing. This
assures high quality of testing procedures.
Every single reference equipment is calibrated
according to the schedule.
Calibration lab performs initial (prior to
commissioning and after recovery) as well
as periodic testing of measurement devices
produced.
Lab operates according to requirements of:
• Federal law 102-FL (dated 26.06.2008),

TPA�02 PMU
Phasor Measurement Unit
TPA-02 PMU is a complex solution for synchrophasor applications,
fully compliant with contemporary requirements. Complex includes Phasor
measurement unit, generator excitation parameters measurement device and
phasor data concentrator.
Up-to-date this synchrophasor measurement solution is installed at 5
facilities. Total number of installed PMUs is 42, 20 of which are installed at
power stations with 11 GW total capacity.

ARIS C303/302/303.1 bay controllers
Modular design project specific bay controllers are designed for single
bay or multiple bays equipment monitoring and control. They provide
direct data input of signals from current and voltage transformers,
of binary input signals, of normalized analog signals and output of binary
and control signals. Bay controllers are used in substation process control
systems, data acquisition and transmission systems, technological data

ARIS C30x series bay controllers are equipped with LCD-screens that allow you to create and display animated
single-line diagrams. With this feature user may visualize current status of switchgear equipment, blocking signals
and switches, perform local and remote bay control procedures in real-time and introduce other signals.
Single-line diagrams are visualized on ARIS C30x bay controller screen and they are available for editing via
corresponding menu of web-interface.
FBD-based user-
defined algorithms

ARIS C30x has built-in logic development tools. These tools may be used to create logical and calculation diagrams
of any difficulty. For example, user may create interlocking, logic processing and user-defined calculation diagrams.
For this purpose, ARIS C30x firmware includes a runtime system for applications developed using FBD (Function
Block Diagrams) language. FBD allows users to develop complex procedures, containing different standard library
components (arithmetical, trigonometrical, logic control components, PID regulator, etc.). FBD complies with IEC 61131-3
standard, developed by International Electrotechnical Commission in 1992, defining PLC programming languages.
FBD is based on structural programming methodology which allows users to describe automated process in easy and
comprehensive way. User-defined functions may cover procedures and algorithms not included in a standard package.

Bay controller is designed for implementation of 6-35 kV bays complex monitoring and
control functionality. It provides direct input of signals from CTs/VTs, input of binary signals,
