CHARMING All of the Charming rooms have a size of 34m², extra-long king-size bed, a sitting area and a
writing desk, a retractable kitchen available for long stay customers, a bathroom with rain
shower and a balcony.
GREAT Slightly larger than the Cosy & Charming room with 30m2 with the same services then the
previous rooms but included a bathtub in the bathroom.
EXCEPTIONNAL All of the Exceptional rooms have a minimum size of 50m², a living room and dining table, a
writing desk and a kitchen area, an separate sleeping room with a king-size bed a bathroom
with rain shower and bath and a terrace.

GENERAL BOOKING & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
BOOKING CONDITIONS 1. The Hotel makes available to the Client the Function Rooms as indicated on
the booking form. 2. The Function Room equipment includes the fixed systems and the
equipment particular to the Function Room in question. 3. The use of the Function Rooms is strictly limited to that which is laid down
on the booking form. 4. Any change to the declared use will automatically result in a price
adjustment. 5. If the Client occupies the Function Room outside of the stipulated period,
he must pay an additional amount which will be in proportion to the basic price and the additional period of occupation.
6. Any additional service, the provision of equipment not included in the standard Function Room equipment, or electrical systems in addition to the standard equipment will be subject to a separate price quote and will be invoiced as a supplement. Any equipment supplied by the client or one of his suppliers must be approved by the Hotel's technical services on the basis of the specifications submitted by the Client no more than one month prior to the event.
7. The price includes the use of the Hotel's electricity in accordance with the use indicated on the booking form, provided the electrical systems used in addition to the standard equipment do not exceed the capacities laid down in point 6.
8. Any supply of drinks, meals or services in the Function Rooms shall be exclusively reserved to the services of the Hotel, in accordance with the special agreement which is the subject to a special price quotation.
9. The Client is bound to be in order in regards to the SABAM. 10. The Client must take out an insurance policy covering any damage which
his organisation may cause to the premises and equipment used by the Client or his guests.
11. In order not to damage the Function Room and its equipment in any way, the Client and his suppliers will respect the instructions laid down by the Hotel technical services, in particular when erecting and dismantling equipment.
12. The Client and contracting party are jointly responsible towards the hotelkeeperer for any damage caused to persons, the building, the hotel
