• Implement an in depth analysis of situation to determine reason for lack of support by county

• Review county Extension Annual Report and program of work and accomplishments

• Review or implement peer program review• Meet informally with County Extension

Committee, Staff for possible solutions and/or action plans

Maintaining UW-Extension Presence and Strength in a County-Phase II

Consult with other UW-Extension staff for advice on similar situations within system

Work with staff to prepare comprehensive impact study

Set up a meeting with County Ext. Committee or selected members for formal feedback and exchange of ideas
