Quality Assurance & Quality Control

• DOTD Will Evaluate The Right of Way Images, Pavement Images, and Condition Data Summary

• Failure to Correct The Control Section and Deliver the District(s) Data as Outlined in the Master Schedule Will Subject The Consultant to Damages

• Clearly Describe The Technique Intended to Use to Quantify The Data

• Describe How The Technology Can Be Validated and How It Will Perform on Different Pavement Surface Types

• Propose An Inter-Rater Consistency Testing and Training Plan

• Submit QC Procedures In Final Report

Data Collection Cycle

• Begin no later than July 1, 2008

• Complete by March 20, 2007

Damages

• $300 per day per district: Failure to deliver the required number of districts within the time frame

• $500 per day: Failure to complete the delivery of quantified pavement distress data of all nine (9) districts

• $300 Per day: Failure to complete delivery of the final report and until all deliverables Have been accepted
