ISC Pre-painted products are offered in a wide range of paint systems like Regular Modified Polyester (RMP), Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP), Poly Vinyl Di Fluoride (PVDF). The substrate metal has primary layer of primer coating on top and bottom surface for best adhesion with the paint systems. The advanced Coating Systems resist cracking and peeling, even in heavy forming operations.

Our highly contemporary chemical treatment process augments paint addition and corrosion resistance properties of the products. Epoxy / PU / Polyester / RMP/ SMP/ PVDF resins are applied by reverse coating technology and baked in an advanced Premium Quality Oven.

Various characteristics like paint hardness, flexibility & gloss, resistance to chalk, fade and peel etc. are administered to ensure its worthiness for automotive, home appliance, construction and other segments.
