Wish you a very fine day. We introduce ourselves as manufacturers of automatic and semiautomatic machines which can fill containers and seal them with great speed and accuracy.

Our History

Space Electricals was established in 1994 as a proprietary firm and manufactured small

packaging machines and accessories. The company then progressed to manufacturing high-end

packaging machines with higher speeds and accuracy. The machines can fill and seal products

like curd, yoghurt, shrikhand, lassi, milk, mango pulp, sauces and chemicals in cups, tins, drums

and other containers. The first machine was sold to M/s Chitale in 1995. The machine sold to M/s Chitale is still

operational. The client base then gradually increased and resulted in increased turnover of

around Rs. 2 Cr by 2010. To accommodate the higher volumes of business, it was decided to

form a proper Pvt. Ltd. Company and establishment of a distinct corporate entity. Accordingly,

Prasanna Packaging Machinery Pvt. Ltd. (PPMPL) was established in 2011. The new business

was then shifted to new, bigger premises, where proper office and factory assets were created.

PPMPL started its full fledged business in May 2013. In the year 2014, PPMPL agreed to acquire PAT MACHINES PVT. LTD., a manufacturer of

secondary packaging machines. PAT MACHINES will operate as a subsidiary of PPMPL and will

retain its separate entity.

PAT MACHINES PVT. LTD. is a 15 years old Packaging Machines manufacturing company

engaged in Designing and Developing Packaging Machines for Cosmetics, Food, Confectioneries

and Pharmaceutical products. We design and manufacture special purpose machines to suit

our customer’s specific requirement. In short we make tailor made machines. PAT MACHINES

offers high technology with superior design & is permanently launching new products i.e. to

meet the requirement of the market.

PAT MACHINES has developed Tube Filling & Crimping Machine for Aluminium Tubes, Filling

& Sealing Machine for Lami Tubes, High speed Cartoning & Medium speed Cartoning

Machines, Link-up with Filling Machine, Twin Lobe Positive Displacement Pump, Powder

PAT MACHINES also undertakes Turnkey Projects for Machinery’s.

We are pleased to inform you, that we have designed and manufactured High Speed Cartoning

Machine running at speed of 200 cartons/min. This, our new innovative Cartoning Machine has

won the National Award given by INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PACKAGING, MINISTRY OF

COMMERCE, GOVT. OF INDIA for the best Packaging Machine for the year 1994. We have also

designed & manufactured, first time in India, High Speed Tube Filling & Sealing Machine for

Lami Tubes. We take pride in stating that India’s most successful product ‘Calciguard’

Toothpaste has been launched for the first time by M/s Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd. Packed in

PAT Cartoning Machine. We are also pleased to inform you that, Pat Lami Tube Filling & Sealing

Machines has won National Award in 1996 by INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PACKAGING, MINISTRY OF

COMMERCE, GOVT. OF INDIA for the best Packaging Machine. This National Award called

‘PACMACHINE’ is given once in two years for Excellence in packaging machinery. We are proud

to inform you that, we have received this award for two consecutive times, once in 1994 &

again in 1996.

We have also received INDIAN MERCHANT’S CHAMBER, DIAMOND JUBILEE ENDOWNMENT TRUST AWARD for the packaging of Food Industry under The PESTONJI POLSEN

ENDOWNMENT TRUST.

We have designed, developed & manufactured Three Colour Paste Filling Machine for

Colgate Research Centre India, Colgate Philippines & Colgate China & Double Colour Paste

Filling Machine for Colgate Palmolive Vietnam. We have recently undertook & successfully completed a Project for ROBB Balm Line consisting

of Liquid Filling Machine, Screw Capping Machine, Sleeving Machine & Cartoning Machine

along with Turntables running at a speed of 80 Bottles per Minute for a MNC M/s PZ Cussons

(International) Ltd. Nigeria Operations. We have also manufactured a Rotary Lotion Filling

Machine running at speeds of 40BPM & 60BPM for their Kenya Operations.

We have newly developed a Horizontal Continuous Motion Cartoning Machine for LOCK

BOTTOM CARTONS & also a very compact ON-LINE PRE-FOLDED LEAFLET INSERTION

SYSTEM for our Horizontal Continuous Motion Cartoning Machine. This system we have

successfully supplied to DRUGFIELD PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, NIGERIA.

We have also successfully designed & manufactured VERTICAL BOTTLE CARTONER FOR LOCK

A variant of the widely used horizontal continuous motion cartoning machine, the carton erector with

the state of the art design and user friendly electrical controls makes it a suitable machine for carton

The basic operation of the carton erector is to open the carton & close only one side of the tuck-in

flaps so that later on the respective product can be packed inside “the other flap is tuck-in manually.
