360-DEGREE FEEDBACK360- degree feedback is a feedback mechanism where an

assessee is provided feedback from all people’s he interacts at work, i.e., his/her boss, peers, subordinates and customers.

Other names for 360-degree feedback are multi-rater assessment and feedback system , multi-source feedback, full-circle appraisal and group performance review.
