o The organization currently managed their volunteer community through manual processes utilizing various spreadsheets
o They wanted to be able to seamlessly collect volunteer information, send volunteer opportunities, push and communications about upcoming volunteer opportunities through one central repository.

To begin the application, you will need to create an account. To do that, you will click on the ‘Register an account to apply’
and then enter your personal information and email.
Once you complete creating your account. You will receive an email to confirm your account. In that
email, you will need to click on the link to create a password for your account.
After creating your password, head back to the application link and use your email & password to log
into the application!

You can save your application & return to it at a later time for completion. In order to save your progress, hit the ‘Save for later’ button at the bottom of the
screen.
You will be prompted with a dialog box and you can click ‘OK’ to save your application.
When you are ready to return to your application, log back in and click the ‘Home’ button at the top of the screen. You should see your latest application in your paused flows. You can click ‘Resume’ to puck
up where you left off last time!
