Power window in automobiles is a great invention. Peoples on car doesnt need to spin the lever again to open or close the window pane because they can control it by switches. Nowadays , Power windows in automobiles have broke something cause pinched by window pane and its injured childrens arms and fingers. To solve that case, the new alternative that increasing the safety feature at power window control is emerged. We build a power window control system with safety feature, the safety feature means is when the closing window pane operation active, and theres something that blocked the operation, the window pane will automatically switch to open operation, so it can prevent something to pinch or childrens arm to injure.

The purpose of this final project is to build a power window control system that guarantee the pleasure and safety from the case like arm or something else pinched causes by power window operation without safety feature as the window pane actuator. PURPOSEBack to menu

The problem restrictions of this final project are :Using 1 (one) door only, drivers door.Safety feature is use to prevent something pinched by window paneLCD is only displays the value of current and rpmThis device has 2 control mode (manual and automatic), and 2 mode of sensibility (current sense and rpm sense)To detect the current value, we use ACS712-20A; and to detect the speed of motor, we use rotary encoder.PROBLEM RESTRICTIONBack to menu
