UNDERAGE STUDENTS ARE NOT THE ENEMY By: Eden Jarman The goal of the Arizona STEM Network is to: 1. Increase math and science achievement for all Arizona Students. 2. Establish STEM as a priority in all Arizona Communities. 3. Increase the number of students graduating with STEM degrees and credentials at the post- secondary level. The AZ STEM Initiative Underage students are restricted from online registration. Subject to instructor approval regard less of academic standing. CGCC restricts students from being able to take science courses until they are 16 regardless of their competency. Danielle McBurnett At age 15 earned an Associate degree with highest distinction with a 4.0 GPA from Chandler- Gilbert Community College. Graduated summa cum laude with her BSN from the ASU College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation at 17 years old. DID YOU KNOW?
