The section above shows the spaces in the outreach building. Starting at the left, the entrance, with it large overhang that doubles as an walkable green roof. The next space is the lobby, from which you can continue to the more private office spaces or library, or ascend the curved staircase to the café and both interior and exterior observation areas. The basement houses the expandable theater. The elevation below shows the entrance, with it’s specially-designed

steel structure to support the expanse of glass.

The axon above shows thethree functional modulesand how each shifts from

the central point of the site.This shifting allows for more

daylighting opportunity,along with exterior gatheringspaces. With such a delicatesite, minimal impact is madethrough ground penetrationonly by structural columns.Also embracing this site are

the shifting circulation paths, which direct users to specific

exterior views. This net-zerocampus is powered by a

large expanse of PV panels,doubled as shading devices,

along with three windmills.
