Task:Ryfylke Rensefisk wants to increase their customer attention and build a loyal customer list before any competitors. They need to create credibility and thereby boost sales. Ryfylke Rensefisk wants communication channels where potential customers can browse for information about the products, knowledge within the field, company values and history and most important let the customers know how to get in touch. Additionally they want a news feed to share events and new research in order to position them as market leaders with great care and knowledge of cleaner fish.

Task:Elisabet Thorsell is an inspiring intensive nurse at Stavanger Universitetssykehus. She is passionate about how to motivate people, how they achieve personal goals and how to create a better work atmo-sphere. She needed design assistance to realise her project and gain larger impact. Together we developed a set of tools for positive change management and de-velopment in organisations as well as for individuals. One of the tools was a web page with a built-in exercise notebook.

Task:In order to help and optimize consultants workflow when working at clients companies, an information modelling tool was designed and developed. The interaction and interface is easy to understand and navigate. The goal was that with limited knowlegde of how to model, the user would be able to used the application with ease and without fustration.

Task:For a lot of companies being compliant to rules and requirements and having both internal and external audits is a large job taking up huge amount of resources. This application is a new system for companies to capture, organise and execute in compliance with requirements from government as well as internal demands. The system is role based and the usability is therefore limited to your roles permissions. This optimise the information need and flow on each view. By doing so it secures that the employees can do their job fast and with high quality.

Task:Bodum Design Award is a product design competition. The goal is to challenge traditional ideas and test the limits of both habits as well as behaviours and the tools and object surrounding us in everyday life. Year 2012 contest theme was Simplicity.

The design proposal, STRING, is an interpretation and upgrade of the traditional kitchen cord. STRING challenges the conventional ideas of cooking by its simplicity. It makes it easy for everyone to use kitchen cord and experiment with new recipes.

Company: Top-Link for Key2FunctionYear: 2011

Task:Due to a lack of awareness the company wished to redesign their patented battery-driven cling film dispenser. After some initial user research the task were defined to improve the user handling of the dispenser as well as enhance multiple, different sizes of cling film rolls and brands.

With the original design of the dispenser the user often touched the warm wire cutting the cling film, when picking it up. This issue was resolved by redesigning the interaction and using the users intuition.

Task:Ecochair is a proposal for the competition Innovation Cup 11. Innovation Cup is hosted by Udviklingscenter for Møbler & Træ in collaboration with a furniture company. The design brief contained subjects such as: Sitting, Redefine (on the basis of futon), Materials, “Can it be sold?”, “The client/user?”, Design is a refuge and Think Green.
