Promotional audiovisual piece for 2012-2013 ‘Gran Tea-tre del Liceu’ season. Acting as the Opera director, the main elements of the opera where selected and interpre-tated in order to create our own contemporary version of the play.

Rusalka is represented through those feelings which decide the fate of its main charac-ter. Culinary art shows innocence, sweetness, love, passion, treachery, disappointment and finally death.

Those feelings interact and lead the audience to the climax and denouement of the plot. Therefore, the resulting cake is itself Rusalka’s opera, due to it contains all the ingredients to be represented.
