Each phase focuses on a different aspect of the project. These phases may overlap or be combined depending on the type of project. Understanding each phase is necessary in order to grasp the entire architectural design process. V. Suarez & Co. 1990-1991 At Rexco Industrial Park, Guaynabo, P.R. 40,000 sq.ft. Each Building. Description: As project manager at Underwood:Architects. Existing storage area buildings converted to Office Buildings to accommodate the demand for office space near the metropolitan area. The volume was sliced in two using the first level as interior parking area and the mezzanine steel structure level in Office Space. He exterior remained mostly as is with exception of the entrance were an entry element was added and windows are added besides each existing columns.

Since 1979 I had made emphasis on the efficient use of the computer as a tool that enables the student, the architect and the client to visualize rapidly the design and concepts at early stages of the project. I have integrated CADD systems to aid in all design and production phases of my work, expanding design and presentation capabilities to the limits, including three-dimensional Drawings. My responsibilities at all the Design Offices that I worked from 1985 to 1993 included Schematic Design, Design Development, Working Drawings, Permit Procurement at all Governmental Agencies, Coordination with all Consultants, Project Administration, Project Observation and Project Management.

Also I am able to provide to all my costumers a variety of services that ranges from Inspections, Estimating, and Form Design for Architectural Precast, and Design of any type of building.
