Can Christians Get Involved?• God has placed people in political positions.

(Joseph, Gen. 41; Cyrus, Isa. 44:28; Eunuch, Acts 8, etc.)

• In like fashion – Christians can be involved in politics – even if it means making difficult moral decisions.

What if I don’t like my leader(s)?

• When Paul wrote words of exhortation: Roman Government hated Jews/Christians.

• When has it become acceptable for Christians to belittle, bash or hate their leaders?

CHECKING OUR ATTITUDEJames 3:2 If we can control our speech,

we can control all areas of our lives.

Titus 3:1,2 Christians are told to "speak evil of no one.”

1 Peter 2:1 "Lay aside ... all evil speaking."
