The Pitcher Partners Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (PPIEI) offers a range of courses to help individuals, from business executives to government officials, develop an entrepreneurial mindset.

This new perspective will enable PPIEI graduates to develop innovative solutions to unrecognised problems and equip them with the skills to lead others in pursuit of a common vision, for the long-term benefit of their organisations.

Once seen as the sole domain of small business, entrepreneurial creativity is equally important at the helm of large corporations, for those seeking to remain at the forefront of their industries.

In today’s accelerating, technology-driven, global economy, a company’s ability to evolve and innovate constantly, seize opportunities and respond to development is a business essential. The PPIEI communicates the skills and techniques behind entrepreneurial thought and action, imparting expertise and thought processes which enable managers and entrepreneurs to make crucial decisions and compete successfully.

What is Entrepreneurship?Ü the ability to turn ideas into actions and outcomes

Ü a universal concept that can be applied in small and medium enterprises, large and multi-national organisations as well as social ventures, enterprises, communities and government.

Any person with the right mindset, drive and motivation can develop an entrepreneurial perspective – it is just a matter of knowing what to do and doing it.

How can PPIEI help?Combined with the appropriate attitude, all of these attributes can be learned – the key lies in providing individuals with the right skill sets so they can conceive and achieve new outcomes and, more importantly, are empowered to do so.

In partnership with the University of Adelaide (a G8 university), PPIEI offers students a range of experiences by combining real life examples underpinned by tested academic knowledge. Students will expand their point of view and create a mindset of innovative thinking.

Ü designed to meet today’s challenges of highly demanding industries or business functions

Ü delivers the tools necessary to leverage the potential to become a world-class leader with profound expertise and the real-world practical skills management, strategy, organisation and finance.

This enables the course participant to seize new opportunities, quickly adapt to new business environments and overcome challenges.

Two distinct course streams are available:

Ü Academic Stream offering a Graduate Certificate, followed by a Graduate Diploma, and culminating in a Master qualification.

Ü Executive Education, offering comprehensive, unique tailored learning experiences to give busy executives an overview and the tools to foster entrepreneurship in their professional lives.

Pitcher Partners will work with organisations to develop a tailored education program to suit the individual needs and circumstances of that organisation and its executives and staff.

PPIEI sessions are presented by a range of highly qualified academics, entrepreneurs and business professionals.

Where possible, groups comprise a unique mix of professionals from a broad range of companies and cultures to provide a wealth of practical insights, making for an exciting and dynamic setting in which participants learn, share methods and generate new ideas.

Our Academic PartnerThis program is offered in partnership with the University of Adelaide, through its Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation & Innovation Centre (ECIC).

The ECIC is acknowledged as offering one of the best programs in the world. Working with their academics, PPIEI has developed an education program tailored and customised to Australian businesses, government and advisors.
