You have been summoned...

Almost everyone agrees that Jesus existed, yet some have

doubts concerning what he did while here on earth.

Lucky for us, there are plenty of Witnesses that we can

call on to determine the truth.

“I have investigated all the reports in close detail, reports

handed down by the original eyewitnesses...so you can

know beyond the shadow of doubt the reliability of what

you were taught” -- Luke, 61 A.D.

This summer you will sit in the jury box for the most

important case in history. You will be called on to hear

the testimonies, to decipher truth, and to weigh evidence

concerning the life of Jesus. You can decide beyond a

shadow of a doubt not only what he did, but who he was.

Upon reaching your verdict, maybe you will become...the

next witness.

Court is now in session!

Dear Parents

Something amazing happens when your kids spend aweek at Pine Lake Camps. Our gOAL

It is our goal to create and maintain a

safe and caring environment where in-

dividuals can come to know Jesus

Christ as their personal Savior and

grow in their understanding of His love

for them. It is our hope that a camper’s

confidence, self esteem, personal skills

and relationships will expand and de-

velop while at Pine Lake Camps. We

believe that a good camp experience

should foster love for God, life-long

skills, and friendships that last for

years to come.

sTAFF QuALIFICATIONs

Staff are chosen on the basis of their

personal commitment to Jesus Christ,

maturity, character, and love for chil-

dren. After completing an extensive

application, all applicants take part in

a thorough interview, have three ref-

erences examined, and undergo crim-

inal record checks. All camp staff

members also take part in an intensive

training program that prepares them

for this important responsibility.

prOgrAm sAFETy

Health and safety of campers is impor-

tant at Pine Lake Camps. A camp

nurse is on hand at all times during the

summer. American Red Cross life-

guards are on duty during swimming

and boating activities. Riflery and

archery activities are led by qualified

instructors who know and love their

sport and understand how to

teach it safely.

ACTIVITIEs

At Pine Lake, campers participate in

many fun and exciting activities. Ca-

noeing, swimming, riflery, low ropes

course, team sports, and arts and

crafts to name a few. Young Teens and

Senior High campers may also moun-

tain bike, tube down the Iowa River

and use the high ropes course.

be cabin mates with, we will do our

best to make sure you are with at least

one other person you request. Be sure

do our best to lodge campers together

who request each other.

It is our desire that all children have

the chance to come to camp regardless

We struggle to keep camp fees as

we realize that some may not be able to

afford a week of camp at Pine Lake.
