Delphi’s in-house production team and industry-leading production companies create a diverse year-round schedule of festivals and retreats. Three-day camping events span every Friday-Sunday, while Monday-Thursday features live entertainment as well as festive celebrations of Lunar, Astrological, Cultural, and National Holidays.

Downtown Delphi and Vendor Village include shops, restaurants, art installations, attractions, galleries, a Shipping Container Park, and a variety of accommodations. Completely surrounded by government land (BLM), there are no neighbors to disturb and no other businesses in the area.

Delphi’s non-profit Desert Oasis Project showcases innovative solutions for creating abundance and ecosystemic thriving in the desert. The technologies are intended to display water, food and energy alternatives for the two billion people living in arid lands with scarce water and food.

The Karma Credit Energetic Exchange Program is a time bank that provides volunteers with an equitable exchange of services for items like event tickets, accommodations, meals, transportation, and merchandise.

Delphi Village is designed to be a sustainable entertainment complex and regenerative systems showcase next to Lake Mohave. Less than an hour’s drive from Las Vegas, Delphi Village plans to provide a permanent venue to host and produce year-round transformational festivals, events, and retreats.

The concept for this resort and consciousness playground includes several multifacteed elements:

Delphi Amphitheater is a double venue featuring permanent professionally-designed stages, high-end sound systems, dynamic lighting and laser systems, customizable theme camps, message boards, shade structures, misting systems, toilets, showers, vendor booths and kiosks, food and beverage stations, communications systems, security teams, medical staff, online ticketing, RFID ticket banding, and electronic currency. Created by some of the most renowned producers and designers in the industry, the venue includes every system, permit, and license required for a professional event production organization to more easily and frequently host events of 2,500-10,000 participants.

All plans are contingent upon final permitting, master plan completion, and funding.

Delphi Village is located 45 miles south of Las Vegas and only nine miles from Lake Mohave. Far away from the light pollution of the Las Vegas Strip, the Mojave Desert’s epic sky provides a sea of endless stars, where visitors can marvel at the Milky Way.

The property access roads are 35 miles south of I-215 on US 95, which is a four-to-six lane divided highway. Three dirt roads five to seven miles long provide access to the property and are maintained by the Department of Energy, Southern California Edison, and Clark County. The driveway traverses Bureau of Land Management land.

The initial section of the new Interstate 11 is under construction and will pass twenty miles north of Delphi Village. Travel time to Phoenix and Tuscon will be reduced by an hour, expanding the regional market.

Las Vegas has over 40 million annual visitors, with 6.3 million to Lake Mead and 1 million to the Hoover Dam. Nevada, Clark County, and Las Vegas governments embrace entertainment and are seeking job-producing opportunities.

Numerous groomed dirt roads and horse trails lead to undiscovered hideaways in the confluence of Nevada’s Eldorado Mountains and Ireteba Peaks, famous for gold mines, cliff jumping, and the picturesque ghost town in Nelson. A bike ride away is Keyhole Canyon - one of the densest collections of petroglyphs and pictographs in the state.

Occupying the northwest base of Knob Hill, the property lies in the shadow of Spirit Mountain, the spiritual birthplace of the Yuman tribes which include Mohave, Hualapai, Yavapai, Havasupai, Quechan, Paipai and Maricopa.

Approximately forty acres of level ground provides ample space for all the infrastructure needed to create a memorable festival experience for production teams and participants.

Delphi Village is planned to occupy a 155-acre property of unforgettable mountainous terrain and high plains desert wilderness dotted with natural amphitheaters, massive boulder stacks, and breathtaking majestic vistas. The surrounding 10,000 acres of protected wilderness make Delphi Village a very exclusive location. The diverse features of the land include canyons, cliffs, caves, and tunnels. The undulating landscape of natural hills and bowls provide the perfect terrain for camping enthusiasts, equestrian activities, vision quests, rock climbing, bouldering, spelunking, zip lining, and other outdoor programs. Delphi Village serves as an access point to an endless landscape for escape and discovery.

Nelson’s Landing and Placer Cove (as pictured here), are only 12 miles from Delphi Village. It was a marina in the 1970’s. Today these destinations are famous for cliff jumping and the picturesque ghost town in nearby Nelson.

Delphi Village’s elevation is 4,000 feet, 1,500 feet above Las Vegas and approximately 7°-10° cooler. Lake Mohave is at 642 feet, or 3,400 feet below Delphi. We envision visitors enjoying a fun ride downhill on a mountain bike or horse, and maybe a Luv-Sac hayride, ATV, or Party Shuttle back up to the vistas and the evenings main events.

Delphi’s lake and river operation plans to include a wide variety of inflatble rafts, floating islands, aquatic jungle gyms, self-propelled boats, and unique water sports.

Delphi Village intends to have an outpost for Desert Adventures, a Boulder City operation with over 250 canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards and 30 experienced guides.

The Desert Oasis Project is the flagship of the Delphi Coalition non-profit organization. We plan to be a showcase of innovative solutions to reverse desertification and improve environmental sustainability. We plan to seek out local and reusable sources of water, food, building materials, and natural medicines with the intention of proving viable alternatives for the two billion people living in deserts and drylands with scarce food and water.

We intend to accomplish this by:

• Convening “whole tanks,” think tanks that also activate hearts, hands and wallets, for the development and funding of collaborative solutions;

• Utilizing transformational festivals and events to raise public awareness, fund projects, and obtain strategic commitments to develop high-impact solutions;

• Providing education, certification and training for developing and expanding the capacity of qualified consultants that can engage in regenerative ecosystemic work; and

• Proliferating Desert Oasis Projects and centers throughout the world.

Delphi Village is designed to be a living laboratory and innovative technology showcase that serves as a demonstration of high impact, transferable and integrated systems and solutions including:

• Renewable energy - Solar, wind, waste-to-energy, and cheap and highly-efficient storage.

• Aquatech - Highly-effective atmospheric water collection, gray water-black water recycling, water purification, evaporation control, hydroponics, and regenerative irrigation.

• Agritech - Soil bioreactors, biochar, soil amendments, synergistic permaculture, Groasis Waterboxx, water sticks, and high yield-high nutrition-drought tolerant planting.

• Waste Upcycling - Reuse, recycle, repurpose and conversion technologies and solutions.

According to Nielsen Music, 32 million people attended at least one music festival in 2014. 14.7 million are millennials - the most attractive demographic for advertisers.

The Bloom looked at the transformational festival market and determined current attendees number about 1.2 million with an expected growth to 5 million within the next five years. Lightning in a Bottle had 20,000+ attendees in 2015, up from about 15,000 in 2014. In 2014, 66,000 people attended Burning Man. From 2010 – 2014, Insomniac reported that 3.39 million Electronic Dance Music festival goers attended 48 events in 14 US cities and spent $3.17 billion dollars. $1.7 billion of that was spent in Las Vegas by the 135,000 daily attendees of the Electric Daisy Carnival. (Beacon Economics)

In the United States, there are over 200 festivals with an attendance of over 1,000 daily visitors, and the list is rapidly growing. The average festival goer travels 903 miles to attend a festival. Music and sustainability festival attendees pay an average of $150-$400 for three-day overnight and camping tickets with additional fees for Parking, Camping, and RV hookups.

Our Dynamic Phased Financial Model allows our team to change a full range of variables and assumptions. Attendance is one of the primary factors driving revenue as well as costs.

The numbers in this presentation are only one snapshot our executives and advisors use to plan and project seasonal and weather variability over a five year build and ten year plan.

For commercial events to occur during the 2016 festival season, seed funding must be secured by January.

To see best and worst case scenarios and to make adjustements yourself, please call for an on-line tour or in-person presentation.
