Delphi Village is located 45 miles south of Las Vegas and only nine miles from Lake Mohave. Far away from the light pollution of the Las Vegas Strip, the Mojave Desert’s epic sky provides a sea of endless stars, where visitors can marvel at the Milky Way.

The property access roads are 35 miles south of I-215 on US 95, which is a four-to-six lane divided highway. Three dirt roads five to seven miles long provide access to the property and are maintained by the Department of Energy, Southern California Edison, and Clark County. Nelson’s Landing and Placer Cove (as pictured here), are only 12 miles from Delphi Village. It was a marina in the 1970’s. Today these destinations are famous for cliff jumping and the picturesque ghost town in nearby Nelson.

Delphi Village’s elevation is 4,000 feet, 1,500 feet above Las Vegas and approximately 7°-10° cooler. Lake Mohave is at 642 feet, or 3,400 feet below Delphi. We envision visitors enjoying a fun ride downhill on a mountain bike or horse, and maybe a Luv-Sac hayride, ATV, or Party Shuttle back up to the vistas and the evenings main events.

Delphi’s lake and river operation plans to include a wide variety of inflatble rafts, floating islands, aquatic jungle gyms, self-propelled boats, and unique water sports.

Delphi Village intends to have an outpost for Desert Adventures, a Boulder City operation with over 250 canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards and 30 experienced guides.

Pauline Van BettenLand Acquisition and UseOver 12 years of experience implementing strategic conservation initiatives through the preparation and facilitation of government funding proposals. This has resulted in the sale and transfer of privately owned environmentally sensitive land for protection through government purchase. Pauline acted as an appointed member of Clark County Environmentally Sensitive Lands Advisory Committee which created the SNPLMA Environmentally Sensitive Land criteria and authored, lobbied and testified for the passage of environmental legislation. Pauline has been Delphi’s primary contact with Clark County and the Bureau of Land Management.

Rolland GreggChief Technology OfficerAs a Yakutat Alaska Tlingit Tribal member Rolland co-founded Native Clean Energy in 2008 to study, research and develop new sustainable and clean energy technologies for his tribe. Since then he’s built a team of associates in the new energy field that represent the leading edge of new clean technologies. They have sought out, vetted, supported, and helped bring to market a number of technologies which are just now shattering the worlds of science and big corporations.

Jeet-Kei Leung Community Development and Festival CultureJeet-Kei Leung is the CEO and founder of The Bloom, bringing 16 years of experience in transformational festiva culture. After coining and popularizing the term “Transformational Festivals” with his seminal TEDx talk in 2010, Jeet-Kei followed up with The Bloom, a documentary film series chronicling the phenomenon as an emerging global culture, serving as its director, producer, writer and host. Jeet-Kei will document Delphi’s evolution and will be involved in maintaining the authenticity of our operation.

Jonathan BraniffPresident, Delphi Coalition (Non-Profit)Jonathan Braniff has over thirteen years experience working in high levels of non-profit organizations with CCS, an International Fundraising Consultancy. He was a part of CCS’s executive leadership within Europe and North America, managing capital campaigns, business development, non-profit organizational assessments, strategic fundraising operations and management consultancy. Johanthan raised over $100,000,000 as the Vice President of Advancement for the University of Windsor. Jonathan will establish Delphi Village’s non-profit organization, the Delphi Coalition.

Joshua Lonetree HedlundChief Agility and Planning OfficerJoshua Lonetree is a strategic thinker who leverages an extensive background in business, economics, and real estate to drive innovative planning and investment. He has participated and observed the development process through many different lenses, with a unique set of skills, to consistently identify and formulate creative, out of the box solutions. JoshuaLonetree specializes in aligning community and business goals with investment and management decisions via a collaborative, forward-looking approach. Joshua has been developing the accommodations model which will be used on Delphi as well as at other events and festivals.
