MAJOLICA AS EXPRESSION OF CREATIVITyThe hand-made large Piazzetta majolica elements are the epitome of what can be achieved with the constituent raw material. The clay acquires unrivalled superior quality to become an expression of those who shape it with their hands.

MAJOLICA AS PROdUCTION EXCELLENCEIt is only through professional experience handed down directly that ceramic pieces with such a large surface area and particular shapes as those of Piazzetta can be obtained. The production of a majolica cladding requires time and skill: after the mix has been cast in the moulds and dried enough to take it out, the piece is hand smoothed and left to dry naturally. This procedure is then followed by drying at 60°, to eliminate all the residual moisture, and further firing at 1000° to make the ceramic stronger and to improve its capacity to conduct heat. The piece is then hand painted and put back in the kiln for the last phase. It takes between 12 and 15 days to complete the whole production cycle with around ten skilled persons involved.

MAJOLICA FOR dISPERSING HEATMaking majolica is a search for the right balance between mechanical and thermal stress and resistance to heat. Majolica holds in the heat radiated by the firebox and then disperses it continuously and evenly throughout the environment, in other words it acts as a true “thermal wheel” releasing pleasurable warmth even after the fire has been shut down.

A complete heating system for the home.Multifuoco System® and Multifuoco System Plus can become a true heating system for your home by simply installing duct-work. You can have the warm air flow going to distant rooms, even on different floors, with the certainty of always having the same comfortable temperature as in the room where the stove is installed. The ductwork lets you convey warm air for up to 16 meters with pellet products and up to 10 meters with the wood through suitably insulated, easy-to-install, flexible ducts with a reduced diameter (75 mm). The warm air flows out into the room at floor level through special outlet vents fitted with flow control.

exclusive technology, evenly distributed heat. Multifuoco System® is an exclusive technological application that offers superlatively comfortable and constant warmth. It is an extraordinary system of forced ventilation conceived and patented by Piazzetta R&D engineers, which has been scientifically tested by researchers at the Institute of Technical Physics of the University of Padua. Multifuoco System® allows you to distribute heat evenly throughout one or more rooms, from the floor up to the ceiling.

Comfort and wellbeing with Multifuoco System®.A truely innovated system compared to conventional heating systems. Thanks to Multifuoco System® capacity to distribute heat evenly throughout the room maintaining an ideal temperature from the floor to the ceiling. Conventional systems force hot air out from the top and it tends naturally to rise thus creating a heat layer just below ceiling level. The Multifuoco System® instead forces hot air flow out from the bottom vent of the fireplace, which nature may take its course. The innovative system then allows the air to re-enter through the top of the firebox to be warmed again to continue its cycle. This ensures that heat produced by the firebox is evenly distributed throughout the enviroment.

Ductwork up to 16 metres long.Multifuoco System® can become a real heating system for your home, thanks to a sim-ple duct system. Can bring the flow of hot air even in environments far or on different planes, with the assurance of always get the same comfort of the installation environ-ment. Drainage system allows you to blow hot air up to 16 meters with pellet products and up to 10 meters with the wood.

A pleasing comfort throughout your home.Multifuoco System Plus has evolved from the extraordinary forced ventilation Multifuoco System® and is designed specifically for wood-burning appliances. Operation of the whole forced ventilation unit is constantly controlled by an electronic card, which inte-racts with an innovative LCD remote control.

Truly flexible control system.The electronic control unit offers a selection of three modes of operation.

AUTOMATIC CONTROL: the fan automatically starts and stops according to a precise appliance threshold temperature.

COMFORT CONTROL: the room temperature set on the remote control is reached, there is the option either for the fan to stop and then start again when the temperature drops or for the fan to automatically modulate the power (speed) level.

MANUAL CONTROL: the user switches the fan on. When a precise appliance threshold temperature is reached the fan independently passes to the automatic mode. If the con-ditions for passing to the automatic mode are not satisfied, the system stops to avoid cool air from being fanned into the room.

The remote control has a high-precision NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensor for constant and efficient monitoring of the room temperature.
