1. Confirmation of Reservation and Initial Deposit Cornerstone Weddings & the Canmore Nordic Centre require a signed Agreement and one payment of $625 (non-refundable) (the "Initial Deposit") to hold the pre-ferred wedding date. A change of wedding date forfeits the Initial Deposit in favour of Cornerstone Wed-dings and an additional $625 deposit is required from the Client to hold the revised wedding date. Payment may be made by credit card, cheque, cash or bank trans-fer only. The wedding date may only be revised or changed in accordance with section 2. If Cornerstone Weddings does not receive a signed Agreement and the Initial De-posit by (insert date), it reserves the right to release the wedding date. 2. Pricing The Client shall pay the total price for all wedding services and products arranged pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the payment schedule set out below. All prices and menu selections provided to the Client during the term of this Agree-ment are subject to change. Prices shall be confirmed with the Client ninety (90) days prior to the wedding date. 3. Payments and Payment Schedule The Client agrees to make the following payments in accordance with the following payment schedule.

Balance: The final non-refundable invoice balance is due 2 weeks prior to the wed-ding date. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer only (no credit card). Outstanding Balance: Any outstanding balance (including without limitation bar service) is due the morn-ing following the wedding date. Payment can be made by cash or credit card only. If payments are not made on or before the date they become due as set out above, and if any resulting late payment is not received within one (1) month of its due date, Cornerstone Weddings has the right to cancel the wedding date in its sole dis-cretion.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that all amounts due and payments made are non-refundable, as per section 4, and are non-transferable. For clarity, non-transferable means that the Client may not give, sell, or otherwise transfer their wedding date to any other person. In addition, the Client may not trans-fer the wedding date to another date. 4 . Cancellation The Client may cancel this Agreement by providing Cornerstone Weddings with written confirmation of such cancellation. Such written confirmation of cancellation shall be delivered to Cornerstone Weddings by the Client via email or otherwise in writing and shall be deemed effective upon receipt by Cornerstone Weddings. Giv-en the personal services nature of the Agreement, the Client agrees that written con-firmation of cancellation shall be effective even if it is only provided by one of the two individuals that make up the "Client". In the event of cancellation or termination of this Agreement by one or more of the individuals making up the Client, or cancellation or termination of this Agreement pursuant to the terms of this Agreement by Cornerstone Weddings, all payments made by the Client up to and including the date of cancellation or termination of the Agreement shall be forfeit to Cornerstone Weddings as a genuine pre-estimate of damages (i.e. liquidated damages) and not as a penalty. 5. Service Charges and GST All amounts set out in the Agreement are in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of service charges and all applicable taxes including GST.

The total amount incurred by and charged to the Client will be subject to a service charge of 20% and 5% GST automatically applied to the final invoice. Please note the service charge is taken as a gratuity and is split between all staff as it takes a team of people to create this special day.
