Typical Applications of PHÖNIX Valves

• anhydrous hydrogen chlorine (HCl) • anhydrous hydrofluoric acid (HF)• phosgene (COCl2)• vinyl chloride monomer (VCM)• ethylene dichloride (EDC)• isocyanites (MDI, TDI, HDI, etc.)

PHÖNIX bellows sealed valves are used in chemical, petrochemical and nuclear power plants and all over there where are handled lethal, toxic, corrosive, inflammable, volatile, radiating or expensive fluids.

Research and DevelopmentIn our Technical Department over 20 well-qualified engineers develop solutions to customers problems every day. Latest calculation and CAD programs and PHÖNIX‘ - STRACK‘s own valve testing facility allows a permanent further stage of our products.

Our own clean-room enabled that PHOENIX bellows sealed valves are in space today !

Testing and PreservationPHÖNIX and STRACK have a standard test procedure which performed on every assembled valve before leaving the factories. Additional testing(e.g. Helium leak test) will realised per customer specification. Inspection certificates and material test reports are available upon request.

Beside umpteen testing facilities PHÖNIX and STRACK developed and built their own automatic high pressure test station.
