Where has personalisation come from?Personalisation is not just about personal budgets, it's not just about personal health budgets.
We want to enable people to be able to take responsibility for their own lives, to have control over their lives, to lead the lives they want. Those that need care and support need to have control over the care and support too.
Paul Burstow (Health and Social Care Minister)
