OVERVIEW

Many , if not all of us want to achieve higher standards in their professional and personal

lives and reach out to their goals (if they have defined them). However, many of us have

experienced (again if not all) massive challenges in executing even the simplest of the

plans. Quite often, we know why to execute the plans including what needs to be done.

However, the missing component is ‘HOW’.

Neuroscience teaches us that this is because of consistent patterns of sub conscious

behavior which prohibit new behaviors essential for achievement.

Hence, achievement requires new and consistent pattern of behavior which is the

missing component - ‘HOW’.

The workshop enables a real time experience of behavior change by separating and

individually dealing with the two essential components of the behavior which is – (a) the

guiding of consistent actions, and (b) the guiding of consistent emotions.

Topic` Activities and Rationale

Understand Core patterns of

Human Action and Behaviour

Participants get to uncover the reasons why they do , what they do each

moment in their life. This core understanding is the first step towards taking

control of actions , emotions and hence behaviours.

This understanding is driving through an experience as a metaphor whereby

participants would stop engaging in one unhealthy eating habit .

Build an ability to master your

emotions

Through an experience , participants will learn how to alter their state at any

given moment of time. By understanding principles of state management,

they will alter their current state, to that of high energy and happiness .

Build an ability to master youraction

With the build up of the earlier exercises, participants will be able tounderstand the trajectory of their life through the current set of behaviours

(and actions). They will be able to design new set of actions and convert

them into habits to give them a new trajectory.

Create Empowering Beliefs and

Overcome Fear

The Participants will engage in an activity that induces fear . Post successful

completion they uncover the psychology of building empowering beliefs and

overcoming fear .

Values Based Goal Setting Participants undertake a journey of how values are formed and shape theiremotions. They get to understand how sustainable happiness and

effectiveness can be achieved by engaging into a vales based goal setting

exercise.
