PERSONAL STATEMENT Enthusiastic and believer of the AGILE methodology and all it’s potential as a mindset for a game changer, especially in IT but not only. This is how I see myself and between online blogs, books and world agile gatherings/conferences I always try to get more information and evolve, as “there is always another way to do it”.

I Study agile concepts like Scrum, Kanban, Zombie, Lean, SAFe, etc, trying to understand what and how they make sense to apply for each team needs in order to evolve and createknowledge.

I am as today a Senior Advanced Scrum Master with both certifications levels from Scrum Alliance:

- Certified in Lisbon, Portugal as Scrum Master since November 2017;

As part of the Microsoft Development team, we take care of all the portals that support the infrastructure of production and sales of fashion and design products.

In a full and complete agile environment, I split my role between Manager and Scrum Master, with the function of helping the development team to deliver quality projects and fully tested covered and manage all the activity related to the sprint and its artifacts.

I am responsible for the coordination between the Project Owner, Stakeholders and the development team related to the creation / structuring of the User Stories for the technical development.

Working in an outsourcing environment that support different clients in different business areas all around Italy I start as a senior developer becoming an agile team leader with the objective of coordinate the work team in a way of improve their work standards and rules.

As the team struggle to deliver quality proof projects and match the timeline milestones defined from the stakeholders, my role evolve into a transformation coach applying new concepts of developments like TDD & FDD.

In a second stage, after find the team more organized and committed, the team and I evolve together into the “agile world”.

Structuring the work by creating the “Sprint 0”, we manage to start ensuring the quality of the code andthe start matching the timelines for the deliveries.

I became for the first time a Scrum Master, adapting the scrum theory and coaching the team understanding the why of scrum in order to create the required transparency to the stakeholders.

This portal can control the whole process through which passes each recourse since its 1st interview until the allocation for each project.

This connection between portals is dynamic and don't have impact to the customer, thus making the division as various types of customers.

The strongest area of the Portal is the sales script, which is a wizard used to sell a product to a customer in this area is under constant development to support entry of new products on the market and changes in existing ones.
