The first section of the PDR is the Competency Factors.

The guide at the top is there to help you to gauge your competency when scoring either your review.

The Self and Manager columns are mutually exclusive, which means they will never both be active at the same time.

If you are reviewing yourself, the ‘Self’ column is active, if your reviewing someone else the ‘Manager’ column is active.

Use the drop down list to score capabilities and ensure you make comments to support your rating.

To do this, from the PDR welcome screen, click on the ‘Review PDR’ button in the ‘My Personal Development Reviews’ table.

When you review your PDR after submitting your goals you will see that all of the fields are locked down.

This will send the an email to the you to notify you that their PDR has been sent back, and that you need to update your PDR.Once you have updated the PDR, you will then need to re-submit the PDR back to the Reviewer.

You can also comment on the Review and once your happy with the results, click on the ‘Submit Evaluation’ button at the bottom of the form.
