•Double gradation

•Filled with special syringe with blunted end needle .

• Ordinary centrifuge 30-60 min.s at 3000 rpm.

• Uses : used to measure both PCV and ESR

• Intense yellow >>>>>

• Turbid (whitish) >>>>> Lipemia may be post prandial or pathological due to lipid metabolism disorders.
