We are a national Information Technology and Business Consulting firm headquartered in Delaware, with offices in Arizona, Pennsylvania, California and Louisiana. PCGi’s Philadelphia office serves as a support location for both federal and commercial clients.

PCGi’s corporate office is located in the Delaware Technology Park in Newark, DE. The Delaware Technology Park showcases Delaware’s technological and cooperative strengths to benefit researchers, established businesses and innovative entrepreneurs.

PCGi began operation in New Orleans, LA in the mid 1980’s and still maintains an office in the city. Our primary clients in the area are city parish government, and the educational sector.

PCGi’s Support & Helpdesk Division services several companies in Orange County both onsite and via our remote support service and branded helpdesk.

PCGi provides customized training and course development for a Fortune 500 technology company in Chandler and Tempe, AZ.

Regional Medical Clinic & Pharmacy – Designed and developed customized client billing, patient scheduling database management system using Microsoft SQL Server, Windows 2003 Server, and Windows management clients. National Mentoring & Development Program – Designed, developed and implemented a web-based mentor management data warehouse accessible to schools and school districts, mentoring programs and youth programs in all 50 states in the U.S. National Historical Landmark Museum – Designed and developed interactive kiosk focusing on the 100 year history of a national landmark museum.

National Credit Card Company – Performed analysis of company’s applications development workflow and SDLC and designed a new project management methodology and project office for oversight of the company’s customized card services applications projects. Branch of the United States Military – Developed and implemented updated SRSS network analysis tools to monitor the efficiency of communications protocols on secure networks. State / County Library System – Provided onsite and remote helpdesk support for county-wide wireless networking system. Provided first-level, second-level, and priority support for library management, staff and patrons.
