Two Of My Greatest Accomplishments @ PBG
1. Successfully utilized PBG’s tuition reimbursement program to earn my MBA
2. Qualified to go through the PBG Self-nomination program
Examples Of Going Beyond Normal Job Duties
2 wks ago sold 3 cases of Pepsi 2L rejected by Royal Farms on Macdade Blvd to a Wawa store
Convinced same customer to add 2 more cases to the order Always try to redirect rejected products to other customers who
may want them Unilaterally promote Pepsi products during gatherings
How I Will Improve Customers Service @ PBG
Maintain a constant flow of communication with customers in my business unit
Improve existing channel of communication b/w Customers & Pepsi sales team:
---Inform customers in advance before changing their delivery date
---Notify customers of future price changes as well as any new products
Aggressively seek new customers & make it easier to sign them on
Opportunities @ Pepsi
Management Opportunities:
- Sales
- Production
- Warehouse
- Merchandising
- Finance and investments (stocks, investment opportunities, accounting and financial data analysis, etc.) @ corporate headquarters
- Cost management (analysis and reduction)
Personal Action Plan (How To Pursue Those Opportunities)
Acquire necessary education(already achieved) Demonstrate by work performance my skills and knowledge of the
job Clearly manifest my desire to take advantage of these
opportunities Pursue the PBG Self-Nomination Process
Action Plan Continued
Handle any new position with responsibility and accountability Follow PBG management policies closely Design and implement strategies that will contribute to the overall
growth of the company Grow revenue Minimize cost and maximize profit

Help promote the image of PBG and seek new customers while retaining old ones
Seek to eliminate logistical waste and make employees productive, yet effective in their duties
Implement Lean Management principles in the workplace to prevent waste
My Ideas That Will Drive PBG Growth
1. Reduce the number of sales reps and let drivers do the sale instead; let sales reps handle large formats only
2. Introduce social networking as a marketing tool while reducing cost on traditional advertisement
3. Eliminate employee turnover while training hourly employees for middle level management positions
1. Current Estimated Earnings By Drivers & Sales Reps
Annual WageBenefit Sub TotalDriver 40,000 10,000 50,000Sales Rep 40,000 10,000 50,000
Total 100,000
Current Earnings Estimates Continued
DISADVANTAGE(S)
1. Both employees not satisfied with pay, which translates into poor job performance
2. Company loses at least $10,000 annually b/w two employees/ per my estimate
3. Customers unhappy with having to deal with different PBG employees each delivery day
