Resurrection Parish is seeking a Part-time Communications Coordinator

who is a follower of Jesus Christ and is in agreement with the teachings of the Catholic Church. The primary responsibility of this role is to implement a communication strategy focused on growing disciples, while integrating the vision and mission of Resurrection Parish. This role will report directly to the Pastor and will collaborate closely with the pastoral team, all office staff, parish committees, volunteers and parish partners. The successful candidate must have a high level of expertise in computer applications, such as, but not limited to MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Preference may be given to those that have an education or background in graphic design and web site management. However, a suitable combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered. Confirmation & First Eucharist and First Reconciliation Registration at Resurrection Parish is ongoing throughout the summer. Confirmation is for grade 2 & older and reconciliation for grade 4 or older.

A registration form can be picked up at the welcome desk, parish office or downloaded from the parish website.

The weekend of Sept 8th & 9th, there will be an opportunity for registration after all Masses. After this date, you will need to contact the parish office.

Fall Book Study Come join us for a book study this fall, using Sherry Weddell’s book “Forming Intentional Disciples – The Path to Knowing and Following Jesus”. A group will be meeting Thursday mornings starting in September to talk about how we can fully live a life of discipleship and help lead others to Jesus. If you are interested, but can’t make it Thursday mornings, there is a possibility of an evening study of this book.
