....and so, a million Thank yous to the St. Martha Eng-lish Lectors Ministry for taking the lead in having a Thanksgiving Dinner Dance Fundraiser for the Parish Project of Re-roofing our church. With the help of eve-rybody, they were able to raise $5,742.62 to start off this parish undertaking; to the Filipino Ministries Committee for generously giving $5,000.00 out of their Misa de Gallo/Simbang Gabi proceeds for the re-roofing project; to Ric Caguicla and Evelyn Quitain of Kalahi Bakery who contributed to the improvement and beautification of our Saint Martha Statue and Meditation Grotto and to Neri Amora and Guillermo "Mong" Bartolome who (offered their skills and tal-ents in making this grotto a reality; to Glicerio & Teresa Valles (both deceased) who donated the statue of St. Martha; Obet Bicomong; Freda Joy Primicias of QualCare Hospice, Inc.; to Simeon & Jigs Pilapil, Martha Sandino, Rene & Abby Ortiz, Toto & Leni Valerio of Valerio's Tropical Bakeshoppe, Juan Diaz of JMD Construction, Bernard Roldan for their gen-erous heart in assisting the needs of our parish; to Re-becca Prudencio of Holy Family Hospice Care, Inc.; to Ric & Geniflor Caguicla and Evelyn Quitain for help-ing to provide a top-quality sound system (to be in-stalled soon!) for the use of the choirs in the church as they lead us in the celebration of the liturgy; to Allan & Joy Tanjuaquio; to the various ministries, organiza-tions and programs of our parish, its leaders and members, who continuously demonstrate unselfish love, dedicated service and commitment to a welcom-ing spirit that amazes and inspires visitors, strangers and friends alike who come to our parish church; and to all our parishioners who lovingly exemplify the spirit of our patron St. Martha, Patroness of Hospital-ity, once again, Thank you! Salamat! Gracias!
