Paros (with Santorini option) POSEIDON OF PAROS ZZZZ 7 & 14 NIGHTS Your room There are 40 rooms set between the 2 buildings. The lovely rooms reflect Cycladic style updated for the 21st century. Prices are based on inland view from each terrace/balcony, with sea view rooms at a supplement. All have smart bath/shower rooms, air-con, satellite TV, hair dryer, mini-fridge, free WiFi. Beach towels are also supplied. Where & what Flights are to Mykonos, then hydrofoil to Paros: all part of our package. You can windsurf and dive from the beach, and your Host can suggest optional excursions ranging from boat trips to other islands, to a night out on the town in Naoussa, the main town on the island. Santorini twin-centre support on Santorini.Santorini is famous for its blue- and-white villages, volcanic beaches and amazing sunsets: this is a great opportunity to enjoy two lovely islands in one holiday! We can book a 2- or 4-night stay at the gorgeous 4-star El Greco Resort in Fira, with a direct flight back to the UK at the end of your trip. We include transfers and meet-and-greet, but there is no Host support on Santorini. Holiday There are 220 islands in the Cyclades, some no more than a rocky outcrop. At about 21kms from top to toe Paros is tiny but has a big reputation for beautiful beaches, and we reckon Chrissi Akti – Golden Beach – is the best! Our featured hotel sits at the top end of the beach with superb views: it is a beautifully-designed relaxing retreat. There is a handful of beach bars and tavernas nearby, and if you do feel energetic, reliable breezes make for good windsurfing. But really, this is the perfect holiday for those who love sand between their toes, lazy days and low-key nightlife. Hotel The well-reviewed Poseidon of Paros sits on Cape Choni, a minute’s walk from the beach: there could not be a better spot! The main building has a pool, tennis court, spa, bar and restaurant where we share a continental breakfast each morning. Just 200m away is the Aeolos pool bar with a second pool and additional rooms: guests may be accommodated in either building. On the first evening we take dinner at the hotel, and your Host books a table at a local restaurant on 2 further evenings, leaving the group free to eat (at own expense) in Drios or Pisso Livado on other nights.
