Parking Rules are listed on your application. Read your copy with a parent or guardian. You and your parent/guardian have signed a document saying that you know the rules! You can’t say “I didn’t know! Break the rules that you agree to and you will have to pay the consequences!

Traffic and Student Parking

Drivers and passengers must leave the vehicle and report

immediately to the classroom.

When school is over You are expected to leave campus

in a safe and timely manner.

No student is to enter the parking lots without written permission!

Buses and Pedestrians Always Have the Right-of-Way

Speed Limit on Campus is 10 MPH!

Loud Mufflers Are Not Allowed

Fast Starts and Peeling Off Not Allowed

No Donuts Allowed

Not everyone likes the same music you do!

NO Loud Radios Turn them Down

No Texting or Cell Phone Use When Driving On Campus!

Consequences for not following the Rules:

Citations and Fines ISS or OSS

Parking Decal may be revoked at the discretion of

the Administration!

No Riding in Back of Pickups – Driver

40-8-79: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 to ride as a passenger in the uncovered bed of a pickup truck on any interstate highway in this state. The driver of any vehicle in violation of this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Consequences for not following the Rules:

Fines can range from $5.00 - $25.00

Each Citation Equals A New Fine And An

Amount Of Fine Increases With Each New Citation!

Fine for Speeding and/or Reckless Driving is $20 and/or

Loss of Driving Privileges!

Stadium Lots: Upper Stadium, Small Upper Stadium at Panther and Cole Drive, and Lower Stadium.

the Parking Team or Administrators!

5 Parking Spaces in Small Stadium Lot Will have cones in them in the A. M.. Daily rental spots are for those students who do not normally drive to school on a daily basis. These spaces will also be used for overflow visitor parking.

We Can not and Will not give you permission to park in these areas!

YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION TO THE PERSON DIRECTING TRAFFIC AT THE INTERSECTION ON

PANTHER DRIVE AT THE STADIUM LOT ENTRANCE AND ENTRANCE TO LOT A!

What do you see?

Can I see you? Do I know you are there?

Can I see you? I don’t think so! You must never go around or go around someone directing traffic if their back is

turned toward you!

Can I see you now?

You should always make eye to eye contact with anyone that is directing traffic. The goal is for us all to go home safely at the end of the day!

What could happen if you go around or turn when someone directing traffic has their back

turned to you?

What could happen you ask?

At best this, and this is not good!

Any exceptions to parking must be approved by the Administration or Parking Team/Campus Monitors!
