After clicking on Existing Users, please sign-in , this sign in page displays.
Enter the User ID and Password , then click Sign On .
Please note: There is a Forgot Password button to retrieve a forgotten password and a Change Password button to change a password.

Student names will display in the Student List matrix.
Highlight the name, then click the tab for information you would like to view.
If you click this button, it will log you out of PSS.

The Attendance tab displays a summary of the students attendance.
The Attendance Values message box displays when you click View Legend .

The Report Card tab displays the final grade for a nine weeks period (9W1) and/or the current average (in red) for the nine weeks period (9W2).
Click on the Display Comments button to view comments.Click on the Comment Pop-up button to view comment description.Note: It might be necessary to use the scroll bar to view the comment description.

This page displays the associated assignments that calculate a 9W1 grade of 71 for PREAP US History.
The display below is View Assignments by Category .
Click the View Assignments by Date button to view assignments ordered by date.

This page displays the associated assignments that calculate a current average 38 to date for 9W2 for PREAP US History.

The Progress Reports tab functions like the Report Card tab.
The grades in black are final grades for those Progress Report periods.
The grades in red reflect the current average to date.
Progress P2A and P2B reflect the same grade at this point.Both belong to the 9W2 grade cycle and the P2A end date has not been reached for the P2A grade to be final.

An email can be sent directly to a teacher from PSS.

Select the options to receive email notification for attendance, assignments and grades on the Notifications tab.
Currently the notifications list all of the assignments and grades for the nine weeks that meet the criteria selected.
A request has been made to the vendor that would allow parents to select all or current assignments.

The Discipline tab displays a list of discipline incidents by date of occurrence.
No discipline incidents have been recorded for this student.

The Health Log tab displays a list of the dates of visits to the clinic.
The record is duplicated because two actions were recorded during this visit.
