Ms. Delia S. Udani Executive Director
Woodrose turns 35 this year
First school established by PAREF (Parents for Education Foundation),
a non-stock, non-profit organization of parents
Inspired by the teaching of St. Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer, the Founder of Opus
Dei
Parents to be fully involved in providing their children a Christian education
Woodrose pioneered home-school collaboration and the mentoring system in
Philippine education.
Woodrose is not only a school for the children, but is also a
school for their parents.
Mentoring is none other than “life coaching” which research studies have shown to provide
extensive benefits in a child’s growth and development:
1) improved self-concept, 2) an increased self-discipline resulting in
improved academic skills, and 3) a greater ability to translate values into
productive actions.
