EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Perusahaan Nasrieq dan Rakan-Rakan is the name of our business venture and

it is mainly serves as a restaurant which offers a variety range of burger serving style andother types of fast food. Because of the separation between our administrative office and

the business premise, we have decided to call our burger booth as Burger Raya. Our

partnership form of business consists of six people which contribute same amount ofmonetary capital.

Nature of the business is a production of food (service) at a restaurant specializing

in variety range in style of serving burger and also other fast food array. We have

selected a policy in serving the burger where the customer can decide how they want the burger to be served. For example, they can add in as much meat sliced as they want and

also other ingredient inside of the burger such as cheese and vegetables. Besides that, we

also offer other types of fast food such as chicken nugget, meat ball, French fries and

many more. Food business has always been operated by other parties but what separate between gainers and losers are in terms of specialty of food offers, taste, environment,

and customers’ satisfaction.

We have agreed upon to select our finance manager resident as the main

administrative office which is located at No 3, Jalan Mahmoodiah, 80100, Johor Bahru.

The location for the operation of our business has been placed at Legaran Segget, JalanWong Ah Fook, 80000, Johor Bahru. It is situated in the center of the city of Johor Bahru

while its surrounding also promotes the emergence of our business.

We are focusing on providing the goods for local citizen of Johor Bahru and also

people which come from Singapore, not to mention people who’s come to visit Johor

Bahru from all over the country. Because of the location of our premises at the heart of

the city and center of attention, our customer will range on ages but families will likely tovisit our premise on daylight while youngster on the night.

All of the partners have decided to start the business in June 1st, 2006.

Key factors in selecting this business are:

• It is easy to set up.

• Realistic in terms of budgeting to starts the business without any experience andfreshly graduate.

• Food industry can easily to develop as long as the product has its own identity andcan be differentiate from other competitors.

• The location of our business really promoted the food selling activity.

Introduction to the Organization

Address

In this business venture all of partners have decided to have two different places

of business operation premise and administrative building. Placement of the businessoperation premise is allocated in the heart of Johor Bahru City. After research have been

made for selection of the business location, this place is undisputedly has the potential to

expand our type of business which majoring in food preparation. It is located at a

recreational park which provides a lot of booth to run food businesses. To get here, thecustomers can come here by their own transport and park their vehicle at Plaza Kotaraya

or parking lot which has been provided nearby. As for the public transportation, our

target customer can take buses or cabs that are easily available to bring them to LegaranSegget. The address of the premise is:

As for the administrative building, we have chosen our financial managersresident to act as our corresponding office. Other than that, this place also will store our

Type of Building and Infrastructure

For the administrative office, it is a two storey house located in Mahmoodiah,Johor Bahru. The house is 45 feet in length x 15 feet in width or 675 square feet. It just

suits our need to store our stock and other administrative works to be done here. Because

of the actual used of the building is as resident, it has already infrastructure with toilet, bathroom and bedroom. It also includes electricity, water supply and phone line that can

be used by all of the partners for business purposes.

As for the operational activity, our premise is actually a large canopy which cancover around 80 feet in length x 42 feet in width of ground or 3360 square feet, and it will

place three booths including ours. This canopy has been build by the city council

specifically to form food businesses and it is well equipped with water supply and

electricity. Other than that, things such as booth, table and chair need to be set up by the business owner.

In our case, we are renting the place for our business premises to the other

business that is operating at the same place as ours and its name called Kopitiam. We will

pay the amount of RM 1 000 per month to get the support equipment such as booth,customers tables and chairs. It also includes the monthly water, electricity and Astro

subscription. The other two businesses that are operating under the same canopy also

made the same payment and share the benefits.

product in a freestyle way. Although our company logo is more towards funky concepts,

we also not forget to show them that we have professional manner in business and are

able to offer our products and services at a professional level.

The use of Burger Raya wording in a red color is to show that we really eager to

introduce our products to market and we want attract more attention from our potential
